Nicola Sun Palm Springs Vacation Home

We stayed at this property between Christmas and New Years and loved it. We were two families - four adults and four teens. We had plenty of space to spread out and there was a lot for everyone to do - from the pool and hot tub, to the billiards table, ping pong, darts, and foosball. There is a grocery store within two minutes, so we were able to stock up on food and drinks. The main downtown and nearly all the key sightseeing activities are within an easy 10-15 minute drive from the house. Diana was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The only thing I did not know in advance is that the house is within the flight path for airplanes flying in and out of the airport - the sound of the jets is fairly loud, starting early morning, so just be aware if you are sensitive to noise. The neighborhood is quiet otherwise. Would highly recommend!

Great location, the property was clean and beautiful and the host was very friendly and accommodating!!! We will definitely stay here again.

I am always worried that pictures can be deceiving but I'm glad to say that this home was everything posted and more. Everything was wonderfu! so many options to entertain so many different types of age groups and people and was very sad to leave. Thank you for an amazing place to hive my family memories forever!

This is a wonderful house to rent in Palm Springs. It’s really a great home for family gatherings. I have to say I was very impressed by Diana the owner. What a wonderful lady! The house was very clean and Chic (Modern) Definitely I’ll rent this beautiful house again. Thank you very much Diana for everything!

This was the perfect spot for a relaxing weekend with a small group of friends for my sister’s bachelorette weekend. The house was clean and open, and the pool and other amenities were great! The location of the property was ideal as it was close to the airport, grocery store, and the downtown area. Communication with Diana was easy and she always responded quickly.

Was a nice and comfortable place. Good amenities close to downtown. And markets were very conveniently located. Made for a easy and relaxing trip.

Nicola Sun has a mini-resort pool feel and is ideal for a party. The back patio is really nice in the mornings and the house is laid out nicely. One additional restroom would be nice.

I took my 18 year old daughter and her friends to Palm Springs for 2 nights to celebrate her birthday during COVID. This house has it all! Plenty of room for relaxing around the pool in the shade or the sun. We used the disco lights for dance parties and enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen and BBQ area. The owners have really thought of everything you could want. I would definitely stay again. There is a very nice Albertsons within a 1 minute drive with plenty of great food options for to go food. Patio areas are perfect for enjoying the deserts spectacular weather!
