Nicely updated home in great location near campus + downtown

Great house in a culdesac, in a nice Bloomington neighborhood. Host, check-in, stay was perfect! Would rent again!

Lovely neighborhood convenient to IU.Bathrooms and refrigerator were spotless.Comfortable beds and spacious rooms throughout the house. Property manager was responsive and very welcoming. Great experience.

Enjoyed our time at this property. Accommodated our 6 people. We traveled over Christmas and New Years. It was nice to have the space for the kids to enjoy opening gifts and celebrating dinner as a family.The only item that was inconvenient was with the garbage. Unfortunately, if the garbage did not fit in the canister outside of the house, we were told to find a secondary location, either a local apartment complex or a dumpster behind a supermarket to deposit the extra garbage. A secondary garbage can would have solved the issue. Otherwise, no concerns. terrific location, good communication from host, etc. if I was in Indiana again, I would look to see if this location was available.

This house is in a perfect location for a visit to the IU campus. Lovely neighborhood. The house was plenty big for 4 of us to stay and everything was very organized in a binder and easy to figure out. Extra towels, check, extra TP, check, wifi easy, tv easy, comfy beds with extremely comfy bedding. The only thing that was a little different was the lack of a door between the primary bedroom and bath. My hubby likes his privacy so we had to work around that, but not a deal breaker. Travis is a great host!

Overall good property. Disappointed the garage was off limits as it was raining and snowing all weekend.

Property was clean and well equipped. This was our second stay. I am a 57 year old IU mom and needed the quiet. A neighbor complained to us that we were parked in rhe street in front of his house so we moved our car, which was the only negative. I would highly recommend this property.

It was our 2nd time staying at this property and we will likely stay again.

Booked for IU Family weekend. This is a lovely and clean home. It's about 10 minutes from the south side of campus, so a bit further to the stadium. Kitchen & bathrooms were well equipped. I will definitely book again!

Travis was great to communicate with and the house was an easy drive to IU’s campus. Very comfortable 3 bedroom/2 bath home in a quiet neighborhood.

We rented this property rather than a hotel room to move our daughter into IU dorms. It was nice to have the space, be able to use the bigger space for staging all the items, and an easy drive to the campus! The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, allowing us to bring our dog and take him on walks in the evenings when we returned from campus. The usable surfaces were clean, and the house was well-stocked with amenities and resources (towels, kitchen supplies, etc.). However, the baseboards need to be deep cleaned.
