Nicely Updated heated Pool Home Near Private Beach

Lovely, comfortable, well equipped house, with great outdoor spaces and pool. Minutes walk to a beautiful beach.

The pool area of the property was the one area we did not use

This was our third or maybe 4th time to this property. We absolutely love it. It is quiet clean and comfortable. The pool is fantastic and we love walking down the little Cove down to the beach. It has all the amenities you can imagine. It has bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach towels, umbrellas and little wagon to drag your stuff to the beach. It is fantastic!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as everything was exactly as advertised. Our host was outstanding, always very quick to answer any questions we had. The home was well stocked with everything we needed both inside and out. We enjoyed the pool and the very close access to the Ocean. Thank you for a wonderful 2months.

Everything on the listing is accurate. We loved the pool and the close access to the beach. Beach Bites was our favorite place for sandwiches and smoothies! We loved our vacation and would stay here again!

First of communication was amazing ! Kelly answered above and beyond. Her home has everything! All the fun family accessories for the beach and pool, we even put a puzzle together. We swam with the manatees, saw beautiful sunrises, dolphins Location was great , love the quiet beaches Thank you we look forward to another trip sometime

Every year our family goes on a week family beach vacation. This year we decided to try a new location. We all loved the house and the pool. The house was very comfortable and we felt like home when we were there. We also loved the short walk to the private beach!

We were blown away by everything that was available for guest use. The garage was filled with everything you could imagine to want for the water/beach. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook. The host was quick to reply when we had questions. The walk to the beach was short. The beach was very private. We have never been on a beach that had so very few people (we loved that, but the kids missed having others to play with)! If you are looking for a super relaxing, low key kind of place this is it! It was so nice to have the pool because it rained most of the week and we could get in and out of the pool as the weather passed by and gave us short amounts of time to enjoy outside. The house is very spacious - it was nice that our teens had their own place to go and get away when they needed a break!

This was a perfect rest for our family. So close to the beach and everyone loved it… Especially the dog! The home is spacious, the amenities are above and beyond, and it was so wonderfully quiet

We really enjoyed our stay. The setting of the home is a tropical jungle paradise. Fully stocked with everything we needed and more than we expected. Bikes, kayaks, beach stuff, smore supplies, pool floats galore, carts, and more. The home is well taken care of. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Great spot for my 40th! We were able to make it for sunrise everyday. We collected lots of cool shells from the beach and enjoyed many beach walks. The pool was fantastic! Plenty of room in the house for everyone, including family that stopped by for a much needed visit. We had a couple of hiccups but Kelly was extremely fast at responding and fixing the issues. Great place

We visited for my wife’s 60th birthday with family and friends . The pool was great and access to the beach was a very short walk. The beach was completely amazing and beautiful. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. All questions were answered promptly. We loved the amenities and the host provided everything that guests could ask for. The pool was well maintained and was very enjoyable. We couldn’t be happier with our stay. Thank you so much for having us!

I've stayed at many VRBO's over the last 20 years, and this is the most well-stocked house I've ever stayed at. It's like visiting your cousin at the beach who has All The Stuff -- kayaks, paddleboards, wetsuits, beach towels, beach chairs, kitchen spices, sofa blankets, board games, bikes, sunscreen, pool noodles and floats, etc. It's all there. Makes life so much more comfortable to visit the beach. You can tell the owners love the beach and treat guests like their own family.The walk to the beach was under 5 minutes, and the beach was almost empty during our Spring Break. I felt totally comfortable sending my teens back to the house alone from the beach (wouldn't recommend for anyone under 12 or so though, since there is a slightly busy road to cross). Incredibly private beach with beautiful soft sand and clear water. Paradise on earth. We also enjoyed Vero Bowl for bowling, and the roller skating rink in Vero, and the ice cream shop downtown.Lovely house in a lovely area, super safe with nice homes and lots of mature greenery for privacy and beauty. And the beach is paradise. Couldn't ask for more!

House was great. Communication was excellent. The house was a very short walk to the beach and had every amenity you could imagine.

We have stayed at this property before and love it! It is clean and comfortable. The beach is a short walk up a beautiful little cove. The house has everything. A pool, kayaks, surf boards, paddleboards, bikes, fire pit and smores. We will go again.

A very nice house just a few minutes walk from the beach in a private, very nice neighborhood! Great place to relax and enjoy the FL beach life!

Everything about it was wonderful. The location is a block from the beach. It has a pool which was fantastic, and a very good, fenced in, yard. Our dog was very happy there, too. The house was also very well outfitted. We used the grill almost every night. And it had all the beach and pool equipment and toys you could ever want. We had a great time.

We loved staying here, and we’re very sad to leave. The house had everything we needed for 2 little kids and adults. The location was perfect for walking to the beach and quiet walks around the neighborhood. My granddaughter loved looking at all the unique mail boxes. We hope to return again soon!

This was our second stay at this property, We Love the Vero area. Close to beaches, golf, and great restaurants. The house is comfortable and stocked with everything you would need. Including beach chairs, umbrellas towels, surf boards, and bikes. The house is on a tree lined street with lots of privacy. Our favorite thing is the private pool we used daily. Check in and check out is super easy. The host was very easy to contact when needed. Loved our stay and hope to go back again.

Great place to stay. Great space for families to gather. It was exceptionally stocked with anything you could want or need for recreation and dining. We would highly recommend and would love to stay again.

The photos of this house looked almost too good to be true. However, upon arriving we found the house to be as exceptional in reality as it looked to be online. The house itself is up to date. Access to the beach is quick and easy on foot. Nearby options for dining out are plentiful. And responses from the host we came in minutes. We had a happy two weeks at this property.

This house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals and all sorts of spices available to use. The house was clean, comfortable and just a short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay.

The house fit our group well. We loved the pool and lots of equipment, kayaks,surf boards, beach wagons, pool toys!

This was an amazing rental and very nice experience. We have stayed in several houses in the area and throughout Florida, and this was the best. The beach toys by themselves were worth 10 stars. My family wants to stay in this house when we come back next time. The owner did great with communication and got back to me very quickly. The check in/out process was great.
