I would describe the duplex as a budget travel stay. I want to be as honest about what it might be like to stay here. This is a duplex and all of the furnishings and TV's are new. The bathroom and kitchen are outdated, but the appliances in kitchen are new. There is a hospital a mile down the road. It is generally quiet and peaceful. The neighborhood is located in a medium crime risk area. Its a place to sleep, relax and watch TV on a budget. You will have plenty of room and it is priced way

Stayed Jun 3, 2024My coworker and I (two young females) had to stay here in Rockford for work. The property was exactly as described. I didn’t feel unsafe but definitely took extra precautions when staying here due to the location. The owner was easy to communicate and the inside was exactly what we needed for a long stay.
