Stayed Apr 17, 2026Lisa's home was beautiful! Nice , quiet neighborhood that was close to everything including the highway. She provided towels,every Im and i had to go buy anything except food. I'm not sure about other reviews but none of that occurred during our stay. Lisa is a great host and I will stay again as I am in Charlotte often. Thank-you again Lisa.

Stayed Apr 3, 2026The place is in a quiet area. Easy to get into and communication is open with the host. I rated it low because there are roaches. I have video and photos. There was a roach trap with dead roaches on the kitchen counter. We have NEVER dealt with roaches before and I had to Google the bug to see what it was. The main bathroom, my youngest daughter was stuck because the counter/sink area is too large and if you shut the door all of the way, you'll be stuck in the bathroom. You have to push the actual counter back to get the door back open.

Stayed Mar 22, 2026Pros: the best thing about this place was affordability! Great value for the price.Cons: There were roaches and the washing machine was messed up. But I believe the roaches come from next door. There are traps for them so the problem is hopefully being taken care of. The bathroom door has a problem with the sink blocking it from opening.I did leave ice cube trays in the freezer though! I would stay here again.

Stayed Mar 2, 2026The place was not very clean the refrigerator was not clean at all there was no ice or ice maker. The area the house was located in was not the best.
