The stairs and slope to the water can be challenging but well worth the effort for the views and opportunities to interact with wildlife. Accommodations are cozy and comfortable. Favorites include the hot tub and covered outdoor living space

Stayed Dec 7, 2024Jay was a great host, from the time we booked to a week leading up to our trip and once we arrived he was very available and responsive. The property was just as described from the listing and had all the amenities about the Lake House. Close to some neat small towns with good food and shops but far enough away to be secluded and relax on the lake. Would highly recommend and keep in mind for a return trip. Our dog enjoyed the smells and sounds of being out in the woods on the lake. Thanks for the opportunity to visit High Rock Lake! Scott, Kenleigh & Diesel

Stayed Nov 5, 2024The accommodations were excellent for this lake house. It’s obvious many things were unrated, and they did a great job with quality construction. The property owner/manager was easy to work with and a very good communicator. The location is ideal, for a lake house. While I don’t get to use many of the amenities (short work trip), my experience has wanted me to rent again for a personal vacation. Great job Jay, and thank you for letting me stay at your awesome fishing camp house
