Lovely weather, beautiful surroundings and a comfortable house... What more could you ask for. For the second time we were guests in the house of Josée and Claude. The quality, cosiness and completeness of the interior are excellent. Front and backyard are private, the back terrace has been nicely upgraded. Contacts with the owner were correct, positive and cordial. We hope to be able to stay here often. René

Actually the best thing that can happen is arriving and everything being exactly like on the photos and descriptions! From the check-in until the check-out everything worked very smoothly and the host did prepare everything very well and was available for questions and clarifications at all times. The apartment matches the description and pictures: very well equipped, nice terrace in the front and a beautiful little garden in the back. The area of Cap Coz & Fouesnant is very nice! Being runners there are several very cool tracks from 5 km to 15km you can run directly from the house. Also the beach is just minutes away. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

This is a great place to stay as it is only minutes from the sandy beach of Cap Coz; the coast path runs by the house and leads to good walks in both directions. The house is very well equipped, we particularly enjoyed the fact that there is a balcony at the front to enjoy the morning sunshine and a garden at the rear for the rest of the day. The owners Josee and Claude were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. This property is high,y recommended.

The property was exactly as described and more. Close to the beach and the Centre Nautique, but peaceful and tranquil, it was clean and very well kept. It was also well equipped with cable, broadband, dvd player and coffee maker. We also made use of the bicycles for some local touring. We also got on very well with the property owner who responded promptly to all our queries. All-in-all, we had a very enjoyable vacation, a great part of which was due to the location and quality of the accommodation and we would definitely recommend it.
