Stayed Oct 21, 2021We enjoyed our stay at the villa. The views were fabulous with sea views from both the front and back. Although we would personally cut back some shrubs to get the full effect of the stunning sunsets from the patio area over dinner. The town of Aguilas was about a 20-25 min walk with a good footpath there. Supermarkets were really handy. It was a shame that the beaches in the area weren’t tidied up, and because it was late in the season many resorts/restaurants were closing down. We did wonder how many were closed permanently because of Covid too. The decor in the villa was a little tired in the main living area, but it looked like the bedrooms and bathrooms had recently been renovated and were much more contemporary and brighter. The pool area was lovely and spacious.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a fantastic holiday in this gorgeous house, even much better than expected. An excellent property and it was exactly as described and more, super clean, spacious and had everything you could possibly need to enjoy a great holiday especially the gorgeous terrace with the great pool. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. Already planning our return!! We really could not have found a nicer place to stay!! I have also to mention that the owner, who was prompt in all correspondence and gave us great information before our arrival. Also the deposit was refunded promptly! Thank you.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969In one word: EXTRAORDINARY! We just came back from a fantastic stay in this house and these were probably one of the best holidays we had. The villa was a huge factor in our lovely stay in Aguilas. It was exactly as advertised and we instantly felt at home. The house was perfect, just like in the pictures. Very clean, nicely decorated, had everything you need and a lot of space inside and outside, especially the pool on the terrace. Totally amazing. Be sure to rent a car to get to this quiet neighborhood and you'll be anywhere you need to be in a few minutes driving (town, beaches, restaurants) I only got one advice for you: do not hesitate to rent this house, the only thing you should fear is not wanting to leave.
