Lønborggaard Manor

Lønborggaard is the perfect place for a big family holiday, a company party or a company conference. Here you will find everything you need and more.



Lønborggaard offers:

- 1900 m2 under one roof and up to 46 people

- A beautiful tropical paradise with a huge 70 m2 swimming pool and a 24 m2 children's pool

- 450 m2 activity hall with space for ball games, badminton, roller skating, etc. (The hall can be hired/reserved separately. If it is not rented out for another event, it is available for free use)

- Charging electric cars. If you have a Tesla or other electric car, you can charge it on site while you enjoy your wonderful holiday.

- World-class nature experiences



On site you will find various meeting facilities and all rooms have their own bathroom and toilet. The large residence with its 15 modern double rooms and one bedroom with 6 beds is ideal for 40 people, but there is the possibility of renting up to 46 beds (including 3 cots) with extra beds in the existing beds. Two of the rooms on site are large, have extra wide doors and large bathrooms with special facilities, which offers good possibilities for family rooms. Here you will find everything your heart desires when the stress of everyday life needs to be replaced by play, peace and well-being. A nice game of pool, table tennis or one of the many outdoor activities can round off a perfect day. There are specially equipped conference rooms with free internet access, etc.



The modernisation of the historic buildings has been done so perfectly that all 15 bedrooms with double beds, all with the original vaulted ceilings, have their own exit to the huge terrace, from which you have a breathtaking view of the Skjern Å valley, with deer right outside the door and herons strutting along the water. The rare white-tailed eagle is also found here. The community can enjoy a cosy living space of approx. 100 m2, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a magnificent panoramic view of the wonderful natural landscape.



Location

Lønborggaard is located in a fantastic and naturally beautiful area in West Jutland not far from Ringkøbing Fjord. As Skjern Enge and the Skjern Å valley are your closest neighbours, you can explore the area on foot, by bike, canoe or on horseback and cross the Skjern Å either via the two majestic suspension bridges or with the two tug ferries, which are operated in medieval style. The whole area is a paradise for birdwatchers and anglers.

The nearest (small) town is Lønborg, while Skjern is about 10 kilometres from Lonborggaard. If you are travelling by plane, Lønborggard is only 55 km from Billund Airport.



Practical information

- All the heat and electricity in the house is generated by bio-boilers and solar panels and is therefore C02-neutral.

- Bookings for groups of more than 40 people are charged at DKK 550 per person. person per week/rent.

Please note that due to the size of the house and the pool, considerable consumption is to be expected.

There is a campsite in Skaven with communal facilities that can be used for a fee (see the campsite website for availability) Outdoor pool, mini golf, pool table, table tennis and much more.
