The mesmerizing Villa Agnes is located in the tranquil Istrian countryside in a small village called Butkovici. This beautiful gem of modern architectural design is surrounded by a forest and features a 60 m² private pool as well as a 2500 m² green garden with a barbecue and a hammock.

The living area offers a wonderful high ceiling with a glass wall with French doors providing direct access to the pool and garden, as well as a 164 cm TV and accent wall with fireplace. In thevilla you will also find an elegant kitchen with dining area as well as a sauna, 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. All facilities are located on the same floor and offer beautiful views of the pool area and garden.

In addition to the inviting private pool, which is ideal for a few quiet morning laps, you can relax in the comfortable lounge area, dine al fresco and use the outdoor barbecue. Villa Agnes is fully air-conditioned and has WiFi and 3 parking spaces.

IMPORTANT: The arrival and departure day cannot be on a Saturday, bookings are only possible from Sunday to Sunday on a weekly basis!

About 15 km away is the attractive Svetvincenat with an impressive medieval stone castle and a good selection of amenities, including a pharmacy, post office and restaurants. Pretty pebble beaches can be found to the north and south of Rovinj (approx. 20 minutes drive). Be sure to visit the capital of the region, Pula, where the largest Roman amphitheater regularly hosts film screenings, cultural events and live concerts by world-renowned artists. 14 km away is Vodnjan, a pretty little town with a clear Venetian influence in its medieval buildings and narrow, winding streets full of stores, cafes and outdoor life. 22 km away is the small town of Fazana with a pretty harbor where you can hire boats and water cabs to the fantastic Brijuni Islands National Park, or swim at the beautiful, clean pebble beach of Fazana.
