All three bedrooms are located on the first floor. They are spacious and comfortable, each with its own bathroom, TV and air conditioning. All bedrooms have a double bed. One room has access to the terrace with lounge area where you can relax and enjoy your holiday.From the terrace you can step down into the villa's garden. On the ground floor of the villa you will find a living room with TV and fireplace, which is connected to the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen in an open-space concept. The whole area is air-conditioned. There is also another bathroom on the ground floor. Next to the house you will find a covered terrace with a dining table where you can relax in the shade with a delicious meal that you can prepare on the barbecue that is at your disposal. In the garden of the villa there is a pool, ideal for refreshment on hot summer days, and sun loungers. 50 metres from the villa there is a private playground where you can play tennis, basketball or football. Our youngest guests can have fun in the children's playground.

Svetvincenat, a magical medieval town, is located halfway between Pazin and Pula and is best known for its restored churches from the 14th and 16th centuries. 5 km from the village you will find the beautiful Vodnjan, characterised by numerous Gothic and Renaissance buildings. This charming Istrian town became world famous for the second largest collection of relics in Europe, which are kept in the parish church of St. Blaise. Pula, the largest and most important city in Istria, is only 15 kilometres from the villa. Take a walk through Pula and experience the streets and squares of the old town, some of which date back to Roman times. The impressive amphitheatre dates back to the 1st century BC and is one of the six largest preserved Roman amphitheatres in the world. When in Istria, be sure to try its irresistible culinary offerings. Truffles, fui (traditional Istrian pasta), prut (smoked ham), goat's cheese or manetra (traditional Istrian vegetable stew) are just some of the many Istrian specialities that you should not miss out on. The first beach is in Fazana, which is around 15 kilometres from the villa.
