A fantastic location on Lake Loren offers this holiday home in southern Sweden. You as a guest have your own dock with rowing boat, large garden with all space for games and relaxation. Scenic surroundings with many opportunities for hiking, fishing, cycling, visiting farm shop.



Lake Loren is a fishery conservation area with different varieties of fish such as perch, bream, pike, lake, roach and sucker. Fishing license is needed, can be purchased on site. The water quality inthe lake is excellent and invites swimming and boating. Private jetty and rowing boat are included.



The cottage is located in a rural 20 minute drive from Tranås where there are many shops and restaurants, as well as a bus and train station.

The cottage is completely protected from view, with a large garden at the back and a terrace at the front.

The cottage has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining room.

The house is about 145 m2 o, has charming interior and consists of a spacious hall, 4 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms with sink, toilet and shower.



A washing machine is available in one of the bathrooms.

A small but completely complete kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer etc.

The rowing boat is moored at its own dock. Max 4 people, one life jacket for children (2 to 4 years) is available in the house. At the jetty it is about 1 meter deep. At it there is also a small rocky sandy beach, which for example small children like and makes it easy to enter the lake. The water quality in the lake is excellent and the lake contains plenty of fish and if you are interested in fishing. The most popular species of fish are pike and perch. Fishing permits are required and can be purchased nearby.



It takes 20 minutes by car to Tranas with a station, shops and a restaurant.
