Stayed Oct 9, 2020It ok as cozy and comfortable. I didn’t like that I had to communicate through the app. I also did not like that the bathroom was separate it almost felt as if I was sharing it.

Stayed Sep 26, 2025Unique private apartment in a great location near Cross County Mall, Empire Casino, and easy access to many local colleges. Private offstreet parking a big plus! Felt safe and secure all weekend. Although decor was dated, everything was clean. Great shower with soft water. Wi-Fi and access to multiple streaming platforms really great too! Stayed Oct 25, 2024I believe it's the furnished basement of the house with its own entrance. There's a bedroom, sitting area, bathroom/shower, A/C, microwave, mini fridge, iron, TVs. It's nothing fancy but was suitable for my needs (a decent place to sleep and shower). It's in walking distance of several stops along the North-Metro railroad, Target, the shopping mall, and Sarah Lawrence College. Convenient location to everything I needed since I didn't have a car. The price was reasonable. I will likely stay there again.

Stayed Oct 18, 2024This room was listed accurately and has amazing aesthetics. The host was super communicative and attentive and did his best to help me navigate the sidewalk improvements that were being made on the day of my arrival. My one suggestion would be to provide a kureg or similar basic coffee set up in the room for guests. It was my first time to visit Yonkers and there wasn’t a lot of coffee shops there. Thanks for delivering a quality experience, I would stay here again.

Stayed May 3, 2024Easy check in, off street parking, secure and quiet area. Perfect location for visiting the casino or Yankee stadium. Lots of food options. Host was friendly and easy to communicate with quick responses. We are already looking forward to stay again.
