Nice Casa Andrea with beautiful panoramic views of the sea

My husband and I had the privilege of staying here for the entire month of June and it was amazing. It is very accessible to the Palermo airport. The home is exactly as described. The beds are very comfortable and the view is fantastic. It is well equipped for cooking and laundry. We took many day trips and were always so happy to come back to our little house on the hill. There is always a cool breeze from the sea and the terraces are the perfect place to enjoy those breezes. Ciro is an amazing property manager with great communication and attention to detail. His English was very good! Andrea, the owner, is so very kind and came by every morning to water his garden and his many olive trees. He was very quiet if we were sleeping and always happy to talk to us if we were available even though our Italian was not good. I would highly recommend this home away from home. I would also strongly suggest having a car to reach this house up the steep driveway and surrounding towns for day trips. This is a great home base. I can't say enough good things about this place. For us, it was a trip of a lifetime. Grazie mille Andrea e Ciro.

We had a lovely stay for 2 weeks. Lots of space around the house where we enjoyed the outside living. The owner is very friendly and is willing to help with every question and problem. When you enjoy walking, you can walk from the hill to the center of Balestrate (about 10-15 minutes walk). A car is needed to visit other places. There are a lot of interesting places to visit. Thank you Andreas and Ciro for making our stay very pleasant !

My family had a wonderful holiday in Sicily. The views from the villa are beautiful and the pictures don't do them justice. The property is totally fenced which was great so we could let our two small children outside to run about. It has everything you need and very clean. We went in July and the air-con is a must! especially at night when the slight breeze which was welcoming in the day stopped. The villa is situated in a great place to explore Sicily. We highly recommed a visit zingaro nature reserve, Trapani and Erice. Thank you
