The first terraced house features a living and dining area on the ground floor with 1 sofabed and satellite TV, alongside an open kitchen equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. A shower and WC are also located on this level. On the first floor, accessible via a steep staircase, an entrance hall with air conditioning leads to 1 room with 1 double bed.

The second terraced house similarly offers a living and dining area on the ground floor, featuring 1 double sofabed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, satellite TV, and an open kitchen with the same appliances as the first unit.
