Easy access and off private parking. A lot of the neighborhoods surrounding downtown just like any city, are not fully developed. This area is not fully developed but it is up and coming. If you are looking into staying a is a more modern/new area, this might not be what your are looking for.

Stayed Oct 25, 2025The house was not very well kept. Portions of flooring were missing. It was not very clean. There was a trip hazard between the kitchen floor and the living room floor. Some light bulbs need to be replaced and the batteries in the remotes were dead. We had to buy new batteries to watch TV. The furniture was not very comfortable. The house is not in the best area.
