The Niantic Bay & Play House is packed full of indoor and outdoor games while conveniently located close to several attractions. Sit by the fire pit, play Corn Hole or Frisbee Golf in our large open private backyard. Inside you will find a completely newly remodeled house full of big open spaces to relax with friends and family.

Stayed Jun 27, 2025Our family stayed at this lovely home for our daughter's wedding weekend. Everything was perfect! The home was clean, comfortable and well stocked with all the comforts of home. They even had bowls for our pups! The neighborhood was quiet and the yard was perfect for young kids that want to play outside. We highly recommend!

Stayed Jul 29, 2024It was mostly rainy so we didn't get to enjoy the beautiful outdoor space but there were enough activities to entertain all of us from preteens thru seniors. The home was comfoetable, well stocked and thoughtfully appointed. We all would enjoy returning!

Stayed Jul 19, 2024I loved the cleanliness, accuracy and neighborhood of the house. It is very spacious and loved the gaming room! The kids had a blast playing while the adults conversed! Loved that it is pet friendly so I was able to take the dogs. Planning on going back soon! Thank you.

Stayed Aug 27, 2023The location was very close to lots of activities. We were able to go go-karting, visit the aquarium and go to the beach. My kids loved the play area. It was just what we needed.

Stayed Aug 13, 2023Too many things wrong about this house to list. From the bee infestation on the deck, to the musty smell throughout the house and moldy window air conditioners. Kids got lots of mosquito bites at night due to temp windows being open from tape being old and not sticking anymore. Non working fridge and owners brought a mini fridge but too small because we brought a lot of food with us and had to even throw food out. Owners pretty much responded quickly but things weren’t resolved during our stay. Was also blamed for a hole in the wall that we didn’t do.
