Stayed Jul 31, 2025The house is beautifully decorated. We had coffee every morning on the deck overlooking the river and ended each day in the hot tub. It is very accessible to The Strip and downtown activities. Will stay there again!

Stayed Jul 16, 2025Home is entirely updated and very comfortable. The convenient layout, with one bedroom downstairs from the main floor and the other two bedrooms upstairs from the main floor floor, worked well for our group. Fenced yard with fire pit and hot tub felt very private. Home location was close to everything we wanted to do, with essentially nothing more than 10 mins away. Thanks for a great stay!!

Stayed Jun 19, 2025We come from all different places to celebrate summer birthdays and this house fit the bill. Easy off street parking, spacious, well appointed and decorated. Nice outdoor sitting areas were a nice break from the city bustle. Definitely one of the better vacation rentals we've had.

Stayed Oct 4, 2024Driving up, you may not be too impressed with the neighborhood, but man, what an oasis! Beautiful inside and out, amazing views, and Tammy's Place dive bar down the road! What more could you ask for?! Crystal was very responsive and answered our questions before we arrived in a very timely manner. We didn't have any once we were there since everything was clearly explained in the app and the binder at the house. Looking forward to returning!

Stayed Jun 3, 2024This house is amazing! It’s very well-furnished and tastefully decorated. The beds are so comfortable and the location is ideal. We were a 10 minute drive from all the major attractions. The owner was extremely responsive as well. We would definitely stay at this location again!
