The Mitchell’s home was very lovely! Very clean, well put together. It was spacious and comfortable for large parties. I had 12 people with me and the rooms, pull out bed and blow up bed was more than accommodating. I didn’t have a need to speak to the Mitchell’s frequently but they responded to my first communication rather fast. They nor the neighbors or community bothered us. Just follow the instructions you will be fine. They had tons of pool toys, the hot tub heated up quickly and nicely. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials to host. Full of linen and towels. They have a community pool/ gym we didn’t get to use but it was pretty nice when I visited it only drawback is gym closed earlier than I liked and opened later than I liked I prefer a 6-7am workout. I and my family were very happy with their place and hope to be able to stay again sometime in the future.

The check-in process was easy and smooth. We had no problems there, however, the smell and pet hair that was immediately apparent throughout the living areas was a problem. I messaged the owners about it, but did not hear back until the next day by which time we had already went and bought some lint rollers, air, freshener, and allergy medicine for my daughter who is allergic.In general, if you are not coming to clean your property thoroughly, I recommend you having some type of disclaimer if you allow pets.

Enjoyed our stay here while we were in Orlando. Only downsides were the outdoor lighting around the pool when it’s dark out, and how slippery the tile in the master walk-in shower gets. Thankfully my husband was just a little bruised from his fall trying to get in one morning. Other than that, it fit our whole family comfortably and was close enough to the Disney Parks that we were able to go back to the house in the afternoons for a little and then head back for another round of the parks.

Hosts were very accommodating and answered several questions for us before we arrived. Their property was wonderful for my husband & I, our 2 adult children and their spouses and our grandchild. The community was extremely pleasant! We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arose!

We rent yearly and this was the cleanest, most equipped and well maintained house we have rented. We had a great vacation.

The attention to detail was evident in everything from the cozy furnishings to the thoughtful touches like complimentary snacks and local guidebooks.The location was perfect – close to key attractions yet in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood that allowed for a relaxing stay. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing clear check-in instructions and even giving great local recommendations.The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. I also appreciated the fast Wi-Fi, which made it convenient to work remotely.Overall, this stay exceeded all my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book it again. If you’re considering staying here, don’t think twice – it’s a gem!

We made a last minute decision to visit Orlando and booked about a week out! This house was the perfect choice for our family! Everything was as stated in listing with relaxation to top it off!

House was clean, comfortable, pool and spa lovely. Spacious lanai. Lots of amenities available. Guest host was great and extremely responsive. The house was even nicer than the pictures indicate. I look forward to staying here again in the near future with my friends and family. Good location for Disney and Universal.

Overall great experience. Very clean home just wish the hot tube timer stayed on untill atleast midnight.
