This home sits in a quiet, well-kept pocket of South Scottsdale, perfectly positioned between Old Town Scottsdale and Tempe. The area blends residential calm with exceptional convenience—minutes to Old Town’s dining, nightlife, galleries, Fashion Square, Papago Park, Desert Botanical Garden, and endless golf options. Neighborhood streets are peaceful and walkable, with parks, coffee shops, and local favorites just a quick drive or bike ride away.



Getting Around:

Guests can easily explore with or without a car. Old Town is a 5–7 minute drive, Scottsdale Stadium and Scottsdale Waterfront are close by, and Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is roughly 15 minutes away. The neighborhood is very bike-friendly, ride-share is fast and reliable, and major freeways (101/202) are close for seamless access across Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Tempe.



Other Things to Note:

The pool may be heated during cooler months for an additional fee of $75 per night or $400 per week. Requests and payment must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to ensure it is warmed and ready at check-in.



All guests are required to sign a pool use and safety waiver before check-in.



A strict zero-tolerance party and event policy is enforced. The City of Scottsdale takes noise complaints very seriously, and violations may result in fines or removal of this listing from hosting platforms.



For safety and compliance, the home is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera, used only to verify occupancy, monitor disturbances, and respond to emergencies. The property also includes a Minut noise monitoring system, which tracks decibel levels but does not record audio or conversations, ensuring guest privacy while protecting neighborhood peace.



Pets are not typically permitted. Exceptions may be considered upon request. If approved—or if a pet is found without authorization—a $175 non-refundable cleaning fee will be applied.



Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by housekeeping. Please arrange any changes in advance to avoid this charge.
