This space can accommodate up to 4 people. A queen-size bed, a twin bed, and a sofa bed are available.

Inside, you’ll find all the comforts of home and everything you need for your stay away from home.

The house is German-owned and features a fully equipped kitchen (see details), fresh linens, and 2 large smart TVs with Apple TV boxes.

Sonos speakers are also available.

New air conditioning that works well and new windows installed in 2021.

All German-style IKEA furniture is brand new as of 2021.

An outdoor grill that runs on propane. High-speed Wi-Fi (250 Mbit download) included.

Parking for 2–3 cars at no additional charge.

You can use the package box in front of the house to receive your packages during your stay. Access to the mailbox is available only for long-term rentals of more than 2 months.

In the summer, you can use the garden and enjoy the Georgian climate.

If you need to clean the room during your stay, simply use the self-cleaning vacuum cleaner.

Check-in and check-out via the locker and automated lock.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes extras: Senseo coffee maker, coffee grinder, microwave, freezer, refrigerator, etc.
