Welcome to A Wave from it All 1, just a few steps away from the beach and a short Golf Cart or car ride to the famous Flagler Ave. This pool home, situated on the right side of a multi-unit property, offers a private fenced backyard and pool for your enjoyment.

The clean and comfortable interior features Smart TVs and WIFI in all rooms. The tiled floors make it easy to clean up sand, a constant reminder that you're at the beach!

Upstairs, discover a fully-equipped kitchen, living room, and a convenient ½ bath. The kitchen includes essentials like a Keurig, crockpot, and an air fryer built into the stove. Open the sliding glass doors off the living room to step onto a spacious balcony overlooking the pool, complete with a gas grill, fire pit, and large outdoor sectional for your entertainment or relaxation. Please note that balconies are semi-private.

Downstairs accommodates 6 guests comfortably with 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and a full-size laundry room. A sunroom off one of the bedrooms is perfect for families with kids, offering a pull-out bed, ping pong table, and Galaga arcade game.

Smart TVs and WIFI are available in all rooms.

Enjoy the outdoor space with a fully fenced backyard featuring a semi-above-ground pool—ideal for kids to play around.

Beach essentials are provided, including chairs, towels, and an umbrella. An outdoor shower on the side of the house allows for easy cleanup after sandy beach days.

Parking is ample, accommodating up to 4 cars or 2 cars and a boat. Kindly park on your side of the home to ensure courtesy.

-For security, two exterior cameras are in place—one at the front and the other at the back due to the pool.
-This home has 1.5 bathrooms.
