    This was our 2nd year staying here. My family and I absolutely love the house and location. The house has all the comforts of back home but the feel of a mountain home.The host, Eric, is super responsive in getting back to you and making sure things are good for your stay. I highly recommend any couple or family to stay here! 10 out of 10

    This lovely home was perfect for our family and dog for a special Christmas in the mountains! The home is lovely with plenty of space for everyone. Watching the mountains in the snow from the hot tub was perfect. We were extremely close to the skating rink shuttle stop, so easy ski access. Kitchen and bedrooms awesome. We would definitely stay again!

    We loved our stay! Eric reached out several times to make sure everything was going well, even though he was half a continent away. The fenced-in yard was perfect for our Golden Retriever, and the hiking trail, which was a quick walk around the corner, provided endless play. The ski shuttle was just as close. The house itself was beautiful, and the gourmet kitchen meant we ate many more meals there than we usually do. Thanks, Eric!

    Very luxe and comfortable with five bedrooms and playroom spread out across three levels, and main dining and entertaining area on another. Cleanest vacation rental ever. Well stocked and state-of-the-art appliances. Close enough to walk to Breckenridge main street, but far enough to feel secluded. Thanks for the hospitality!

    We were a group of 7 from Mexico on a spring ski vacation. The house offers a great social area and private rooms for everybody. Everything is perfectly equiped and functional. Kitchen has very good appliances. Peak 9 base is a 10 min walk which helps for warming up (our ski equipment was stored everyday at the base so we didn’t carry it). You can also take the free shuttle. This is a place we definitely recommend.
