Stayed Aug 28, 2023The house is in a great location, lots of privacy and can avoid main roads/traffic. It has a great layout with a ton of skylights and windows; very airy and bright. Also has a great kitchen for cooking. I was surprised to be asked to wash linens and that it would be extra charge to heat the pool; however it makes sense based on the price compared to similar properties. Overall I would definitely stay here again. Sandi was also very lovely and accommodating.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969House was very clean and spacious and the owner, Sandy, was very communicative and easy to work with. The kitchen was awesome- had every pot/pan/utensil you could ever want. We loved grilling out and having dinner at the large table on the deck. The pool was fabulous! Beds were comfortable. This property was very private. The location of the house is perfect, very centrally located to get anywhere in the Hamptons and even for a day of wine tasting in the North Fork. I would highly recommend this rental!
