Stayed Feb 14, 2026The property served our purpose. It was nicely decorated and I found it to be extremely clean and comfortable. It was also nice that they started you out with the necessities that you would need. I did bring additional items since we stayed 2 weeks. I thought the large containers of bath and shower gel, lotion and conditioner were thoughtful. They also supply some condiments. I wish it was closer to downtown to allow for walking. The neighborhood was quiet. We did bring our pup and he did well. It has a fenced in yard but what grass it had was artificial. We did not use the hot tub as the cover was dented in and it made it too hard to lift especially after a rain. We did have trouble with the streaming TV and the internet after we first arrived and I reported it and after a couple of days a cable man showed up and repaired the problem. Obviously the squirrels found the outside cables appetizing. The screen on one of the doors on the screened in porch needs repaired as I found a young cat on the porch one morning. The only drawback is if you need heat, the master bath doesn’t receive hardly any heat and it was freezing and if you switch to AC the master bedroom is warm. Communication with Dani was great. Thank you for the stay.

Stayed Dec 20, 2025Lovely Place, Very clean, close to every-things such as Fantastic Restaurants, Old Town, Groceries. Dani’s communication was Outstanding. Not sure when Acorn Tree dropping its Fruits. We stayed at Christmas Week, the Tree dropping Acorns all day and night. Fallen Acorns on Metal Roof so very loud, prevent a good night sleep. As clean as it is, this Place is not for People Allergic to Cat and Dog. My husband and I had terrible Allergy. Ended up stayed out in Hotel with Animal free Room for 2 days and Nights taking a break from Allergy.

Stayed Dec 1, 2025We certainly appreciated the well stocked kitchen in the charming cottage. Both my husband and our friends travel with a small dog and they did great. We did not leave the dogs alone in the home and they behaved very well. A nice neighborhood to go for a walk with them a couple of times a day. Our friends from Jacksonville visited us for dinner one night and we had plenty of room and adequate serving plates and silverware to accommodate all six of us. Only thing missing was a gravy ladle. Our only recommendation would be for better toilet paper. I did fix the ice maker in the refrigerator, and hubby did work on putting the spline back in the bottom panels of both screen doors on the porch. He reinserted the spline on the sides but the bottom spline was missing on both doors. Should we return to St. Augustine we would certainly contact you again. Thank you for a wonderful 3 day stay to celebrate hubby's birthday.

Stayed Sep 22, 2025What a lovely little cottage! Dani, the property manager, very informative and helpful. The cottage was very well equipped, I can’t think of anything that was missing! The location was centrally located, about a 10 minute drive to everything! We will definitely be back!

Stayed Aug 27, 2025Review Of The HouseThe house was freshly renovated, very clean and seemed to suit our needs. This was my wife's and I first time coming to St Augustine and this place seemed like the perfect place to stay. A few things I wanted to point out about the property. The Master bedroom and the master bath struggled to keep cool during the day and kept hot at night. (for context, we stay from Aug 27- Sept 1 so I get its going be warm). The Mattresses, while a excellently sized king bed, were uncomfortable and in need of a box spring. The living area was very spacious, however, the furniture specifically the couch, was horrible. While stylish in nature, it's literally springs, cloth and wood. Not at all comfortable to sit on. When we arrived, there was a patch of black mold in the sun room (Danielle, owner, corrected this within a day) but still wanted to note. However the rest of the house was excellent. Kitchen, dining area, and living space were up to snuff. If the furniture was different, i'd say its an excellent space. While there was a hot tub available for use, my wife and I never used it due to the fact that there was a massive puddle on the cover of the hot tub that had indented it, making it very hard to open due to the weight of the water. I get storms are an every day occurrence in FL, but this was a damper on the stay. In short, the house did the job of providing a place to stay, however for long term use, certain changes are needed. 7.5/10

Stayed Jul 21, 2025The cottage was very roomy. It suited us very well. The kitchen was well equipped except it only had a keurig coffee maker I prefer a regular coffee maker, so I went and bought one. The location was close to everything. Nice job on all the updates.

Stayed Jul 9, 2025We had a great stay. Very friendly and accommodating host. Super clean and in a great location. There’s a state park Fort Moose right around the corner that we enjoyed visiting. Overall an amazing stay and we would recommend staying here to friends and family.

Stayed Jan 1, 2025House was clean and well kept and comfortable. The small bathroom needs a grab bar in the tub and a non slip surface as the tub becomes very slippery when wet and when using the body wash/shampoo. It’s basically a bad accident waiting to happen.
