Awesome place!

The location was so perfect! The pool and outside patio was a great place to spend the afternoons. The kitchen was so spacious and well stocked.There was a note to not lower the AC below 76, which was quite warm for the Florida summer and 10 adults. Also, the grill was very rusted and not able to be used.Overall, it was great for a beach weekend though!

The house was perfect for our extended family. The teens stayed upstairs while the parents/couples stayed downstairs. The kitchen was perfect for prepping/cooking meals. We rented a golf cart, which made getting back & forth from the sand easier.

What a wonderful vacation. Everything was great from the beautiful kitchen to the pool and dock to the short walk to the beach! Kooky Coconut was a favorite and close by! Our hosts are top notch. Always helpful, kind and prompt with responses. Highly recommend and hope to return for another stay!

The house was equipped with everything we needed and things we didn't know we needed . Counter top ice maker and chef’s stove. Plenty of room for everyone. Comfortable beds. Towels and kayaks. Easy walk to the beach. Definitely recommend.

Property was great! Kids loved the pool. Having a dock and kayaks was a plus. Even able to kayak around with the dolphins from the dock. About an 8 minute walk to beach. Host communicated quickly and the place was clean upon arrival. No issues. Would definitely go back.

We had a blast! I cannot say enough good things about the property or the owner. Chris was so nice and helpful and went out of his way to make sure we had a nice trip. The house is beautiful and clean and in the perfect location for a beach vacation!

Wonderful home that accommodated our family well. We got to see dolphins in the canal in the morning while drinking coffee. The pool was wonderful. The beach is quick walk away. There are also several shops and restaurants in the vicinity (both walking distance or by car). The only negative thing was that the beds were not very comfortable (very soft mattresses); however, this is because we all prefer harder mattresses. The home is well stocked! Overall, a wonderful vacation stay.

Everything about the stay was excellent. The home is as described with top of the line kitchen Which made eating in and hanging around enjoyable.The hosts were very accessible and responsive to the few small inquiries we had. Ovation was great and the daily visit from the dolphins feeding in the channel was an extra bonus!We would definitely stay here in the future.

We were a group of women celebrating our 70th birthdays. We loved the house! It was just as described on the website. It was very clean and fully stocked with what we needed for our stay. The pool was cold because it’s not heated so we didn’t do more than put our feet in but it was pleasant to sit outside around it. Would definitely stay again.

Our parents treated us to this vacation for Christmas. We really enjoyed the house. Plenty of space for all of us. Wish we could have had one more bathroom (4 teenagers lol). But we had a wonderful time. The kitchen was so spacious and nice to use for family meals. It was my parents, my brother’s family of 4 and my family of 4. 10 in total.

The owners were very responsive even though we had no issues. Well maintained big house with an abundance of beds. The kitchen space was awesome and had everything. The owners thought of everything- large living space , beautiful outdoor area on the water. We will be back

House was great for our family of 10. Loved the pool on the hot days and being able see dolphins while setting on the deck was a great added bonus. Communication was great with the owners. Would definitely use again if back in the area.

Place was great, location was good, very nice home.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The location is quiet, accessible, and very close to the beach. The owner, Chris, was very attentive. The house is comfortable, the kitchen is new and open with direct views of the water. The house is also well equipped.

Luxury meets practicality. The pool was a bonus and we had so much fun using all the extra amenities provided.

The kitchen /living room area was perfect for our family gatherings. We had 9 adults staying in our house, while other family members rented down the street. The outdoor area and set up was perfect for gathering. The pool addition after booking was frosting on the cake!

Perfect house and so close to everything! Brand new pool is beautiful, view is amazing, the house is so spacious and comfortable. Eric is so kind and communicative! My family of all ages and I had an amazing week!

We had an amazing time at this house. The location is perfect with just a very short walk to the beach. Dolohins swimming daily off the dock. Chris was very friendly and open. There are plenty of places to sleep with a big group. Would recommend this house 100%.
