Off-Season Disclaimer: It is typical that spring cleanings and updates do not take place until late April / early May. If your booking falls outside of Memorial Day to Labor Day, please inquire as to whether or not outdoor furniture and equipment will be available for use prior to booking.
Payment/Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, however, should the guest elect to cancel its reservation, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner of the property to reopen the dates of the reservation in attempt to re-book the property (please note the decision to reopen dates is the owners). Should Marquis be successful in re-booking the property for the original dates at the same or higher price than the original reservation, a refund will be issued to the guest once payment is collected in full for the new reservation. If a new reservation is not made, the guest may use the property for the dates of its original reservation so long as payments have been made in accordance with the payment schedule established at the time of booking and Marquis is notified in writing 72 hours or more prior to the start of the reservation.

In lieu of a security deposit, guests can rest easy knowing that this property is covered with up to $5,000 of "all risk" damage protection provided by Waivo. Location, location, location! Cozy, pet friendly. Close to everything, perfect for couples!
Pics and description were misleading. The place seemed to need a makeover. No TV, coffee provided was a miss; no sugar and limited on everything else. Spray foam insulation was bulging out of the door jams. Lots of spiders and insects even though we kept the place closed up. The AC vibrates so loud it sounded like a truck was in the living room. Location was really far from anything; a 30+ minute drive for any food. We didn’t realize that when booking. Our fault.
The room was so well appointed and designed! Loved our perch right on the Bay and the management left us a wonderful cake to celebrate our anniversary and were very responsive when we couldn't figure out the bbq. We were worried about loud neighbors, but it was amazing, quiet, elegant and comfortable.
These bungalows FAR exceeded my expectations, so much so we stayed for an extra night. Perfectly quiet with amazing sunset views and a short jaunt to the beach - the best of everything. Also very close to town, so plenty of restaurant options. Concierge was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Will definitely be returning!

Amazing trip and stay in The Hamptons! StayMarquis is very thorough with their communication via text and flexible if you decide to extend your vacation. Guilty! Much appreciated. We were personally greeted with two bags of ice and a case of adult beverages. What a welcome! We were taken on a tour of the property and provided with all the necessary contact information in case we needed support. The paddle boards were a great amenity and fun way to explore the bay. The bikes will help you navigate Dune Road like a local! No need to bring any beach gear either. Umbrella, Yeti cooler, chairs and beach towels are all provided. Really convenient for us city dwellers that don’t have the basics. Lots of great patio furniture on the deck but bring cushions as none are provided. You’ll have private access to one of the world’s best beaches right across the street. We didn’t realize how close we were! Literally several minutes by foot from the bay to the Atlantic. The outdoor shower was helpful in keeping the sand out of the bungalow. Hit up a grocery store on your way in. Closest one is 10 min away. Go to Rumba’s for amazing Caribbean food, Hampton Coffee for morning fuel and John Scott’s Surf Shack for fun vibes. Look forward to making this our new fall tradition!
We very much enjoyed 4 days in Bungalow 8 although the property was a little more rustic than we had imagined based on the pictures and the price. No real complaints, the room was clean and tidy. We did especially appreciate the generous supply of towels, ice, snacks and beverages all provided. We enjoyed breakfast each morning on our porch overlooking the bay and were able to do quite well with the kitchen which was well equipped. The beach across the street was easily accessible and the supplied umbrella was brand new and easy to use. We did bring our own beach chairs, the ones supplied were small but no complaints.
We did enjoy our stay! Our location was nice! The only thing missing was sheets for the couch bed. It was a back and forth text for a day until we just asked the cleaning service for them outside the unit. Only thing we would ask for is more than 2 rolls of toilet paper in the unit! We will be staying again but in #3 or #4 which has an open deck to the bay! Thank you!!! Beach was awesome! It was private and not crowded at all!
From the beginning of the booking process the team was very professional and was proactive in their communication. The pictures accurately portrayed the bungalow and what was promised as part of our stay was delivered. They were able to accommodate an early check in (1 hour early), we were met by a member of their team at check in who was extremely knowledgeable and professional. My wife and I were able to enjoy a nice getaway for a few days but plan to come back with our kids by the end of the summer. The bungalows are close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We highly recommend StayMarquis Bungalows at Westhampton Beach!
This is my family’s second time staying at Beach & Bay Bungalows. It was even better because we brought friends and were able to book a bay front unit. The extra space and the ability to freely watch the kids in the water and dock were a big plus. The convenience of having an outdoor shower, kitchen and grill are also great benefits of staying here. All in all my friends and my family had a great stay and are talking about next year already!
