Newly Renovated Vacation 4 bedroom Resort House in Massanutten VA!

Clean home, plenty of space and beautifully decorated. Host was responsive and accommodating.

This home was filthy.There was a smell very strong throughout the first floor. Comforters were stained, walls very dirty, vents filthy, would not recommend. We left and stayed in a hotel. Trying to get a refund but the renter is not being helpful at all,

House was nice, some amenities where not in the best condition.pool table unlevel, weak and wobbly table in living room. Advertisied as remodeled when the remodeling is still being done.

The home was very welcoming, amenities were good , very clean and updated. It would be perfect if there was a tv in each bedroom.

We had an amazing stay from Friday to Sunday and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The house was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with tasteful decor throughout. The location was perfect, only about 3 minutes from Massanutten Resort, which made everything incredibly convenient.We stayed with our family (8 of us total), and the layout worked wonderfully for everyone. The downstairs bedroom was ideal for my mom, who has mobility issues, and the two master bedrooms with attached bathrooms were an excellent feature.Overall, this home exceeded our expectations. We give it a 5 out of 5 and would absolutely love to rent from you again. Highly recommend!

Great house with lots of room. Very clean and in quiet neighborhood. Went for JMU football game with friends and really enjoyed the house.

Billy the owner is awesome and very accommodating! He is great at communicating and even let us check in early as our flight got in early for the wedding we were attending here. This house is awesome plenty of space for everyone and is located in a nice private and quiet street. Will definitely be back here next time we come to Virginia

Great, clean property! Excellent location, too!

Over all my stay was decent. I didn’t like how steep the driveway is. Also I didn’t like how the bathroom for the main floor was inside of the laundry room. The rooms are pretty spacious . There were a few minor marking on the furniture and walls. I did notify the owner about beer cans left on the steps at my arrival. The area is nice and quiet. I would book again.

Great location, large home, lots of beds and bathrooms. Cute, clean, the hosts communicated very timely- overall great stay.

We got together with family from North Carolina and Pennsylvania for a weekend together. We had a great time with each other, and this place was perfect for it. We would come back to if/when we do this again. As we knew from previous visit to this area, this has to be one of the most beautiful areas on earth.

Large inside with plenty of space. Very comfortable with a nice outdoor sitting area. Kitchen stocked well. Garage use was a plus. Only issue we had was no rec passes available. Contacted the owner about use of the pool and he said he didn’t have time to set up the rec passes. Fortunately we had family who was able to hook us up. At least he said sorry. No other issues.

The house and location were wonderful, very clean, comfortable and looked very inviting. The host answered quickly when we needed to call and was accommodating to a special request for the birthday..The downside was that the description of the house said there was a pool table and foosball and neither could be used because there was no foosball and the cue sticks were not usable, so my brother was disappointed. Then there were some kind of animals, possibly birds who managed to nest in under the floor on my brother and sister in law’s room, disturbing them very early in the morning. The kitchen also needs some small sharp knives and a new can opener. The final unfortunate thing was the owner accused us of not leaving on time when we were gone by ten minutes before 11. We do our best to be thoughtful guests and it was a sad way to end a very nice time.

I’ve stayed at several VRBOs and always had great experiences—unfortunately, this was probably one of the worst. I took a risk booking a property with minimal reviews, hoping previous concerns had been addressed, but that wasn’t the case.Negatives:•You can’t control the thermostat—it’s locked. When I asked for the code, the owners refused and offered to adjust it remotely, but I don’t think they ever did. We arrived to find it nearly 80 upstairs, and there were no fans to help with airflow.•Large black ants inside the house—not something I expect in a rental.•Game room was unusable. Foosball had no ball, pool cues were missing tips, no chalk, and the table isn’t level. These issues were flagged in older reviews and still haven’t been fixed.•The railings going up stairs to the 2nd level dangerously loose. A serious safety hazard that should be addressed immediately.Positives:•The home has been recently renovated with modern showers and nice furniture.•Centrally located and close to resort amenities.•Spacious layout with plenty of room.This home has potential, but the owners’ lack of responsiveness and failure to fix known issues makes it hard to recommend.

The stay was great , very up to date and clean .. definitely need some new pool sticks can’t even play we tried gluing on some tips but most didn’t stay, overall very comfortable would stay again for sure

Lots of room to spread out and relax when not out and about at the resort. The proximity to waterpark and skiing was very close and convenient. Kitchen was excellent for preparing all of our meals. Basement/game room was fun! Driveway was a little tight for two vehicles, but it worked just fine for us.

Great experience overall! The location is perfect and the communication from the property owner/manager was excellent! The only minor complaints were some of the amenities at the home were not in working order (e.g., various lights throughout the home, missing window screens, no working pool sticks, AC thermostat was locked when we arrived but windows could be opened, no steak knives). Other than these minor things, beautiful home and would consider staying again.

this home is as lovely as pictured...even more so. Spacious, nicely decorated, clean with ample room for 8-10 guests as listed. The home is tucked away in one of the secluded neighborhoods of Massanutten resort which offers many amenities. I would recommend reviewing their website prior to your visit. We spent a lot of time hanging out in the screened in porch, enjoying conversation & coffee. However, there is a large game room too! We prepared several meals in the beautiful, well stocked kitchen. There are so many fun things to do in this area. It was centrally located for all of us coming from MD & PA! The mountain views are awesome! Be sure to drive up to the summit! So many wonderful wineries, breweries & restaurants with in a short drive. Harrisonburg VA & JMU are nearby. it is a vibrant, interesting small city. Our host was quick to respond to questions about the resort prior to booking but brief. he did not respond to small list of incidentals that i wanted him to be aware of. (ie: broken shelf in closet, not enough hand towels, wash clothes) nothing major. The only downside was that you had to put your trash in your car & drive it to a designated dumpster area. Suggestion...Please provide heavy duty trash bags. Everyone agreed that the home was perfect & we would definitely return & recommend to family & friends. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We had a wonderful trip at this rental. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The home had plenty of kitchen utensil, pots,and even a waffle makee which the kids enjoyed. We had no complaints the guitar was nice for my Senior Mom who played for the kids.Thankyouwas a nice touch w
