Newly renovated townhouse steps from the beach and pool

The property is absolutely beautiful and immaculate; perfect for a family of four. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need. Restaurants and shopping are within a few minutes drive. The pool and beach are a few steps away from the property which is wonderful for grabbing a snack or taking a break in the pool. All communication was prompt and accommodating.

Beautifully styled and comfortable! The owners were thoughtful in the renovations and this is one of our favorite spots. Our family has stayed in many residences in Oceanside Village and this is definitely the best. It is a short walk to the pool and beach and short drive to many restaurants and activities.

This is a lovely spot for a visit to New Smyrna beach. The location is great, and is surprisingly spaceous inside, with just a short stroll to the no drive beach. Everything inside is beautifully appointed and comfortable and communication with the host was great. I highly recommend this property and hope to return one day.

We were very impressed with the property. Very easy walk to the pool and beach even with a 4 year old. The place is just like the pictures, very clean and cute. All new appliances and plenty of kitchenware to meet our needs. Thanks again!

Spent a week at this beautiful location with my parents. We are familiar with the area, and chose this spot to have close access to relatives. We could not have been more pleased when we walked into the door of the property. Everything was so clean and cheerful and light. The owners pay so much attention to every detail for guests. I had one small question for the owner and he answered my call immediately. The property is located just steps from the beach. We took walks and enjoyed the amazing views and spectacular sunrises. What we loved most was the peace and tranquility of being so close to the ocean. With open windows we could listen to the waves all day and night. Add to this all, the access to local restaurants, shops etc is so convenient. There are many wonderful restaurants and a fun local coffee shop with beachy vibes. It was hard to leave. This is a special place with owners who care about their guests. I plan on booking for next year!

This townhouse was our family’s favorite NSB rental so far. It beat out ocean views for perfect functionality of space and how nice it was. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved it!

I booked our stay here for me, my husband, baby, and a few family members. Everyone could not stop complimenting how wonderfull this place was! From the decor of the unit to the convenience of the pool and beach, everyone enjoyed their stay thoroughly. We were able to celebrate our baby's 1 year birthday in the best comfort. They even had a pack and play available. What I loved the most was how quickly and honestly the owners would respond. They really cared about our stay. 10 out of 10!
