"Precision in the Cove" is the perfect home base for your Outer Banks adventures - a cozy, newly renovated two-bedroom condo with canal views in the private resort community of Pirate's Cove on the causeway between Nags Head and Manteo. An on-site restaurant and bar, fishing charters, basketball court, tennis courts, seasonal pool and hot tub are just a few of the amenities this community offers. Beaches are a less than 5-minute drive, as are the shopping and attractions on the waterfront in downtown Manteo.

The condo is located on the first level (second story) of the building
Guest access
You can access all areas of the condo except locked owner's closets and storage.
Boat trailers CANNOT be stored on-site. Pirate's Cove security staff can direct you to off-site trailer parking at check-in. The marina has information about the off-site lot that you can use for a fee. Reservations for that lot are available in advance. Boat owners please read details about bringing a boat.
Other things to note
We are dog-friendly for non-shedding hypoallergenic breeds. Due to allergies, we can ONLY accept these types of dog breeds. ALL dogs must be discussed and approved in advance. Pet fee is a flat $125. Dogs must be up to date on flea meds, rabies vaccines and must be kept on a leash on the common grounds of the resort at all times.
The pool and hot tub are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Fitness center, playground, and tennis courts are open year-round.
The fireplace is NOT available for guest use at this time.
Guests must walk up stairs to access the unit. Our building does not have an elevator. However, we are on the first level.
Guests visiting from Memorial Day to Labor Day must fill out a registration form prior to check-in, per resort rules.
You may be asked to sign a separate lease agreement as a condition of your reservation.
We provide guests with the first roll of toilet paper and paper towels on arrival. Guests are responsible for additional needs.
BOAT OWNERS AND GUESTS BRINGING BOATS - PLEASE READ.
*We do have a slip available for renters for an additional fee of $150 per stay. *Maximum boast length is 25' for the use of the condo's slip. If you are bringing a boat and want to use the slip, you MUST let us know ahead of time.
*All vessels must fit within the designated slip location and not exceed a 15’ beam restriction. Please keep all excess lines/cords neatly coiled or looped aroundthe piling and do not obstruct the dock surface.
*We do NOT have parking for the boat trailer. Contact the Marina for information about off-site trailer storage.
*ALL OF THE WATERWAYS WITHIN PIRATE’S COVE ARE NO WAKE ZONES. This is very important due to the erosion of the canal shoreline and potential damage to other vessels. Fish and Wildlife Enforcement/Coast Guard will be patrolling and offenders will be ticketed. If a renter/guest is
issued a ticket for No Wake by Fish and Wildlife/Coast Guard in violation of the No Wake rule, management reserves the right to ask the renter/guest to
remove the vessel immediately.
*All guests are required to register their vessel upon arrival and obtain a decal from the Front Gate, which must be displayed in a highly
visible area on the vessel.
*The dock surface is not to be used to clean fish. There are fish cleaning stations located at the marina.
