Downtown Manteo Studio - 12 minutes to OBX beaches!

Location was great and room was perfect for us

Studio apartment was comfortable with new linens and stocked with all the basics. Bottled water in fridge greatly appreciated.

We loved our stay. The unit was clean and had everything you needed. We will be back!

The property was the perfect size for two people and located in the charming downtown area. The property was very clean, the linens and towels were clean and abundent. We would definitely stay in this location again.

Location was wonderful…quiet but close to shopping & activities we were interested in. Great studio apartment layout. Everything we needed was provided, along with extras like water & drinks in the fridge. Extremely clean with tasteful furnishings. Convenient parking! We will definitely want to stay again.

This studio is awesome in every possible way. Owner has really thought of *everything* to make a vacation delightful. Bed comfortable. Bathroom spotless. Kitchen well equipped. Living area is inviting and comfortable. I'm keeping this wonderful place on my radar - and I hope we'll be back!

This is a perfect place for a weekend get-away! My husband and I loved the location and how you can walk to so many shops, restaurants, and the boardwalk. We enjoyed being about 10 minutes from the beach, while still experiencing the quaintness of downtown manteo. Thank you, Laurie, for opening your studio to us!

We had a great time in Manteo. Its an adorable little town and this apartment is in the heart of it all. Check in was easy and everything was clean and comfortable. It was also really nice to be able to bring our pet along. I highly recommend this property.

This place like our home away from home. The attention to small details like fluffy towels, kitchen essentials, comfy bed and and overall decor enhanced our stay. Walkable downtown area made getting to local dinner spots great. Will be back.

My wife and I have stayed in Manteo many times. This is our favorite location to stay. It is located in the center of town. There is a theater, shopping, restaurants, wine bar, brewery and coffee shop within walking distance..

We really enjoyed our stay. This studio apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was a short walk to the festival park, the Manteo waterfront, shops, and a few restaurants and delis. We were surprised to find some waters and drinks in the frig and a bottle of wine as well. Very appreciated. We will definitely stay here again.

This is a great place to stay for a trip to the beach. perfectly located in the Manteo town square making it easy to walk to several places for an evening out. Would highly recommend that you stay here.

My wife and I stayed for 5 days and nights. It was the perfect size for the 2 of us. It was extremely clean. The location in downtown Manteo was excellent. It was great meeting the host and being able to interact face to face. We would definitely stay again!

We stayed for a weekend to attend an event at the Roanoke Island Festival Park, and the location was perfect. We could walk to the Festival Park, as well as to several restaurants and the coffee shop was literally right downstairs. The apartment had practically everything you could want, including basic toiletries, a fan, and kitchen essentials. The only thing I didn’t see provided was a hair dryer. The unit is obviously well cared for and made for a very comfortable stay. Our only critique is that the living room rug did not appear to have been vacuumed prior to our stay. Everywhere else in the unit was impeccably cleaned, so we think this probably just an oversight. And thankfully a vacuum was in the laundry area, so it was an easy fix. We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Thank you for providing such a wonderful spot for our visit!

There is simply not enough positive feedback I could convey about our stay at Greg and Lauri’s VRBO! First, I would like to note my exceeding gratitude on Laurie’s flexibility with our schedule. We had unforeseen issues and she was quite accommodating. I was surprisingly shocked at how quaint and charming the town of Manteo was! In all honesty, I was a little nervous staying here, as we had wanted the Outer Banks experience, but I could not be more pleased that we chose this location. It was as if we had a vacation within a vacation, and the town offered a sweet and charming vibe, coupled with the best seafood and restaurants that we had on our entire trip. We were taken aback when we entered the VRBO suite. It was undoubtedly one of the BEST layouts I have seen. The ceilings were very tall, everything was newly updated, and all craftsman details were carefully made. Cleanliness is extremely important as a traveler, and I was pleased to find that it was impeccable in this facet. Lori had placed all items that we could possibly need such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, body spray, K-cups, dish detergent, and even a bottle of red and white wine (chilled) depending on our preference (along with several types of other fun beers)! What an outstanding and one of a kind experience. I could not have been more pleased. We were even able to go downstairs and meet them personally! I would make a point to come back to Manteo just to stay at this suite again.
