Completely rebuilt and reimagined in 2023 with a comfortable, open-feel, coastal vibe. Light-filled spaces and ocean views from nearly every room. A large, modern kitchen with stainless appliances, small appliances and utensils. A combined living/dining room plus separate den. 3 full bedrooms including one on the first floor with king beds and ample closet space. A private office just in case you need to work from home. 3 full bathrooms and a second floor laundry room. 2 car detached garage and 6 exterior parking spaces. Linens and towels provided.

Enjoy alfresco dining on the expansive front porch. Or relax in an Adirondack chair and feel the ocean breezes as you watch the yachts entering and leaving the Kennebunk River or lobstermen plying their trade.     Very nice property…perfect for our family of six! Having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was nice and kitchen was well-equipped. We enjoyed plentiful seating and outdoor balconies. Communication with owner was easy and pleasant. Would highly recommend this property.

    We had a terrific 2-week stay at this beautiful newly renovated home. This was our 5th summer and favorite house ever in KB! There is a huge sweeping deck on the first floor and a smaller deck off the master bedroom on the upper level with a great view of the ocean. Just a short walk away from numerous Kennebunkport attractions, stores, and restaurants and maybe a mile from Dock Square. The perfect spot to enjoy the tranquility of the ocean! The house is well-stocked and the homeowner and property manager were both extremely responsive about any requests we made. Not to mention the fresh cut flowers, wine and apple pie upon our arrival! We will definitely be back next year! Thanks for hosting us.
