Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay in West Dennisport was comfortable. Our only criticism was the beds in the bedroom on the first floor that had 2 queen size beds were noisy and one had a matress that sunk in the middle. Maybe time to replace the mattress?

Reviewer Comments: This property was perfect for our extended family vacation, mid cape, close to beach, etc. We look forward to going back in future years. Our only complaint was that we wish the beach was more dog friendly. Otherwise the house was perfect for our needs.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been vacationing at the Cape for over 30 years. It started out as just two of us, then four of us, and now 11. We have always stayed in either Dennis or Dennisport as it’s a central location. The rental at 12 Birch Hill Rd. is ideal for our family size. It’s a great location just a few houses away from the beach. The house is in very good condition and has many amenities especially the game room in the basement. This is our second year renting at this location and we will most likely continue.
