Stayed Sep 20, 2025The home was clean and neighborhood quiet. We never made our way to the pond and didn’t know how to access it. There were lots of great yard games in the garage and fire in the fire pit was great for smores.

Stayed Oct 19, 2024Slight issue on arrival. Heat and fireplace not working. Technician was sent out immediately and situation resolved. Key pad not working on day 3. Was able to obtain a key from the lockbox after calling property management. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Location close to everything, sort of in the middle of the cape.

Stayed Jul 6, 2024We have been to Cape Cod several times over the past few years and this was our first time staying in the Chatham area. We loved the rental property. It was conveniently located close to the groceries, town center, restaurants, and beaches. The property was very well equipped with all the amenities listed. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We will surely return again and stay at this property.

Stayed May 16, 2023Super clean, spacious layout with plenty of space for a big family . Washer/dryer a plus . Tv area loft is a great idea. Plenty of games . Kitchen equipped with everything. Nice outside area even though we did not use it. Distances are a bit far .
