Newly Renovated Modern Farmhouse Style Close to the Heart of Fort Worth

Great house. Plenty of room for five of us and loved that each room had its own bathroom. Living areas were great. Kitchen was very nice and spacious.

The house is newly remodeled and well done. Having four bedrooms and four and a half baths was perfect for our group. Sam was a great host, very responsive with good communication. We would definitely be back here.

This house was a great space for what we needed. There is adequate space throughout the house. The host is very responsive and understanding, which is a big plus.The only minor thing I think is worth mentioning and perhaps it’s just me is the main bathroom shower, which was the one I used, has a moldy smell to me. Perhaps I am just a tad sensitive smell wise. I can’t speak about the other bathrooms as I didn’t use them. Other than that, I think this is a great location between Stockyard and Dallas and good for families.

Well done renovation. Spacious, convenient, comfortable house. Excellent parking for multiple cars. Very responsive host.

Nice place … lots of room.

The house was perfect for our stay! We had 3 couples and the bedroom/bath situation was perfect!

Overall the home was well kept and very accommodating. The neighborhood was a little sketchy but we didn’t have any problems. There are exterior video cameras that help with securing the perimeter.

The house was very nice and spacious. Had a lot of room for everyone and a nice fenced in backyard for when our kids wanted to touch grass. Lots of parking space for us. The sliding fence was nice for the night to keep our backyard and house more secure feeling. Overall wonderful place. We were very satisfied with our stay.

The house was very tidy. Every room but one had a ensuite. The house is well appointed and has lots of space. Everything worked well. The only complaint which was from every guest was that the beds were very hard and were spring mattresses.

This was our second time renting this home which works perfectly for our group. The location, size and safety are our top reasons for renting this property again and plan to in the future. There is a large driveway to park vehicles within a fenced area.

The host welcomed us with an informative letter on the kitchen counter that answered many basic questions.The interior of the home is spacious & conducive for extended family gatherings. With 4 1/2 bathrooms, every family had their own. No sharing required! Beside the 4 bedrooms, there were 2 additional room that had either a futon twin bed or a roll away twin bed.

This is a great house! Easy access to the highway to get around. Perfect set up for a multi person stay with 4 beds & 4.5 bathrooms. Very inviting and comfortable.

Nice layout of bedrooms and bathrooms but mattresses were not great in room with double beds and air was not great in that room either.

Clean beautiful home very spacious

We had a wonderful time staying at Sam’s vrbo. It was the perfect size for our multi generational family. Everyone had their own bed AND bathroom. It was amazing! Everyone kept saying how this was their favorite vrbo they have stayed in and I do agree. Sam and the property manager were easily available if needed. We were going to grill but couldn’t find a lighter. The property manager went out of his way to purchase one for us. When we booked this vrbo we didn’t have anyone that was in a wheelchair. Recently my grandma has been using a wheelchair while she heals. Luckily, the vrbo was big enough to maneuver around. Huge plus!

Let me start off by saying, the house is gorgeous. So much open space and seating. Four bedrooms and FIVE bathrooms?? All I want is a copy of the blueprints for this place and build me this exact same house in my hometown. It’s fantastic. There’s tvs in every room of the place and the property manager was so kind! My brother and his family wanted to stop by (after me bragging about the place!) and they were equally astonished by how beautiful and welcoming the whole place is. Truly, if you’re looking for a place to stay in Fort Worth, this is it. This place was so nice, I’m actually leaving a review. 11/10.

The house is beautifully decorated and had plenty of space for my family. Each of the four bedrooms has a full bathroom. The owner responded quickly to any questions I had. We enjoyed our stay.

Sam was a great host and Roy was a wonderful property manager. They both provided quick responses. The house was clean and very spacious. The house was very secure with cameras and a large gate. The two car garage was a huge plus. The house was only a quick 15 minute drive to many of our favorite places in Fort Worth.

Pulling into the neighborhood we weren't sure if we were in the right area be the neighborhood is old and we were expecting a newr house because of the pictures. We were pleasantly surprised to find the newly renovated house

The home was beautiful and very spacious and clean. Kitchen is nice and there were some staples left in the pantry. The beds were a little firm for us. Beautiful fenced front yard was great for our dogs. Fence on side between neighbors had missing pickets and was broken, so we couldn’t let our dogs out in the backyard. Huge driveway in the back allowed us to park all our cars in back and close the gate. Neighborhood was a little sketchy but we felt safe.

Great Stay

Beautiful home with everything we needed for a busy family weekend! We could not have been happier with the property and amenities! The space was fantastic, beds and linens superior, TVs and electronics over the top! This home was even better than the pictures. Our extended family would love to stay here again. Responsiveness from hosts was above and beyond. PERFECT!

This was an amazing stay for my family! The home look just as pictured on the posting. Everything was as stated in the description except for the couch that turned into a sleeper. My parent's loved their master suite 😍. The family loved the home and gave several compliments. I can truly say this home made me want to make it my personal home. I read comments and agree with the person who says they want to purchase this home!!!! The owner has great communication and did a wonderful job on bringing the home to life with the renovations. // their master sweet
