Newly Renovated Modern 1BR in Old Town Cottonwood

This is a really great place ti stay in Cottonwood.Everthing was great!

This was our second stay at this property and we loved it as much as the first time. It is comfortable, clean, quiet and in a great location for strolling downtown or heading to the park for a hike. Clara was helpful and responsive to all our questions. I’m pretty sure there will be another stay in our future!

Sedona Premier contact Clara was most helpful. Place was mostly as advertised within walking distance to Old Town restaurants and shops, heating system worked great, and shower good. Cleaning was pretty good but not perfect--something like chips on living room floor and coffee grounds on kitchen counter.

The home and location are excellent! Very quiet & comfy. Would totally stay here again.

Very nice set up for the two of us. Location is great. Owner recommendations were great. We ate at the winery up the hill! Visited Jerome! Hiked Devil’s Bridge, Bell and Courthouse. Communications great. Wonderful place

The house is quite cozy and very comfortable. Great location! Walk to old town Cottonwood. 25-minute drive to Sedona and 15 minutes to Jerome.

Really enjoyed the stay. The rental was clean and very well decorated. The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Great location close to downtown! Would stay here again.

This spot was the perfect cozy house within walking distance to the main street wineries and restaurants. It was clean and well maintained.

This is a wonderful place to stay! Easy to walk around town and easy drive to Sedona for hiking, etc…

A sweet little house in a great location! Comforable and equipped with everthing we needed. We were glad to escape the crowds and traffic of Sedona. Walked to great restaurants and shops . Nice backyard setting to relax after hiking. The property manager was very responsive to our questions.

Property was perfect for the 2 of us. Bed was awesome along with bathroom. Living area and kitchen were very nicely appointed. Downtown area was short walk. Would stay here again.

Good location quiet location

Perfect place for the two of us. Great location in a quiet, residential area within an easy walk of Old Downtown Cottonwood. Comfortable bed, nice living room space, nice bathroom and full size appliances in kitchen. Building looks a bit plain on the outside, but inside decor was just as pictured, contemporary yet cozy. We felt relaxed and at home, and truly enjoyed our stay. Good communication from time of making the reservation clear up to checking out.

My spouse and I had a wonderful stay at this quaint little home! It was cozy and clean and the communication with the host was wonderful. The small town was also a fun place to explore. We will definitely be coming back!

The location was great for our stay. The room clean. The smoke alarm in the kitchen went off every time we cooked. The bathroom is very small. It needs an elongated toilet for sure. There is no room for toiletries.

Very nice place in a very cool location. Close to all the amenities that old town has to offer, as well as proximity to the river access.

The place was just like the pics. It was clean, cozy and decorated so chic. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Loved the Nespresso! The a/c units worked very well and kept us cool during the heat. Highly recommend this little gem.
