Newly Renovated. Less than 5 minutes walk to the Beach!!! Free Hi Speed WiFi!!

90s frat house. While it had been cleaned, the bed sheets were so old that they felt as though it was chafing your skin (and we were not sunburned). They don’t supply any kind of soap (dish or bathroom or hand) or extra TP. The doors all have big gaps. While it is close to the beach, it’s in a semi-sketchy area (end of a road, next to an empty, unkempt, overgrown lot with a neighbor with a huge dog attached to a chain that often jumps the fence). The oven didn’t work. Only one burner on the stove worked. How this place got so many high reviews is beyond me.

The host was so friendly and sweet, check in and check out were seamless. The property was clean, well stocked and spacious. Very happy with our stay.

Let me start by saying I travel Nassau frequently like bi-monthly and have been looking for a place like this!! The owner is so sweet and prompt to respond, the property was clean and spacious with plenty amenities including laundry and wifi. It is located at the end of a dead end road and the neighbors leading to it appear to be older, quiet, locals no wild parties or drug deals here, Just clean, spacious living.

Such a close walk to the beach!

Very close to the beach - one block, in nice and safe neighborhood, reasonable priced. The mother of the host - Jackie was welcoming and friendly. The place just needs more maintenance and upgrades.

Beach across the road and bus access to anywhere. Our week cost less than one night at the big resorts!

Host was polite. Lives next door. The location is mediocre. Bit of a sketch neighborhood. Constant dog barking all night. Not really “newly renovated”. Feels very dated inside. 40 taxi to or from airport.

Central location close to airport easy to find, shops, beaches and restaurants close by.

The stay was pleasant for my needs. Hosts were nice.

WE enjoyed our stay thoroughly there. Our host was lovely and very very helpful whenever we needed . I would recommend anyone who is looking for a quite place to stay further from the hustle and bustle from the downtown this can be a ideal for those.

Easy access. Close to good eats. Kind owners

We prefer to eat and stay with locals. Then go visit the touristy places. We walked to Poopdeck for romantic dinner on the beach, had starters at the Sunset beach club, lunch at Twisted Lime, and beers with the locals at Nesbitts at Sunset. All nearby. We toured every beach. Cabbage, Love Beach and Jaws beach are our favorites. The owners are wonderful.

This house is very comfortable. It's a nice townhouse. There are 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has two beds. Karen, the owner, is very helpful and kind. The street is quiet but there is a lot of stuff to do in the area. in tje aream

Karen was wonderful. Easy check-in/out process. Rented a car, so getting around was easy. Downtown was crazy busy. We really enjoyed the quietness of the VRBO location and that it was away from that craziness. Beaches just a walk down the street or a short drive.

We enjoyed our stay. We felt safe and welcome. Very quiet neighborhood. I walked to the beach every morning by myself. The only issue was the water temperature. When taking a shower the water would get cold, then really hot. There may be a trick to the perfect temperature, I just couldn’t figure it out and hated to ask. Also, I with I would have known before hand, but there was a car rental place at the end of the street. Cheaper then the airport rentals and they even drove us to the airport for cheaper then a taxi.
