Stayed Dec 27, 2025Everything was clean and nice and the perfect size for our family. We loved being right on the lake for beautiful sunrise and sunsets. The owners were prompt and courteous with communication.

Stayed Dec 24, 2025We stayed here for three nights over Christmas with a large group of adults and one teen. Overall, we had fun, but this property may not be the best fit for larger adult groups. The listing photos were accurate, and the home was fairly clean, though not spotless. Beds were comfortable, WiFi was solid, parking was adequate, and the lakefront setting delivered breathtaking sunrises, which were a highlight of our stay. The host was outstanding, extremely communicative, accommodating, and quick to resolve concerns. While the home technically sleeps 12, it felt better suited for around 8 adults, or families with smaller children. The kitchen was small for cooking or gathering for a large group, and the dining table seats six. Additional folding chairs are provided, along with a picnic table on the patio and one on the dock for extra seating, which helped, though the indoor space still felt limited. Bathrooms were very compact, making it difficult for multiple adults to get ready at the same time. Bedrooms had minimal furniture for clothes, so we largely lived out of our suitcases. The game room is a separate building with two queen beds and a small one-person bathroom, and the patio includes a Blackstone griddle and a charcoal grill. The surrounding area has a modest, residential feel, and we had no issues with the location. Overall, the home offers comfortable beds, good supplies, a fantastic host, and beautiful lake views. For a large adult group, we’d likely explore options.

Stayed Jul 24, 2025I would give this property 4 stars Loved the porch and dock Ac worked greatWater was not deep but perfect for young kids to swim in. Kitchen needed cup towels and dish towels. We will rent again.

Stayed Jul 6, 2025The house was extremely clean. I should have paid more attention when booking. It worked for the short time we were there. But we were looking for a house that had all the amenities in one house and a little bigger than what this house was. The game room was separate than the main house and I thought it was all combined. Again I may not have paid attention when booking. The house was very close to town and convenient. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of supplies. Great communication. It was just a little close quarters for what me and my family were looking for.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025We’ve never been to Lake Granbury before and were delighted to find this lovely lake house. The main house was clean, roomy and well set up for our large group of family and friends, with 4 small children. The fenced back yard helped give the kids an area they could play without accidentally getting too close to the water. (But it opens to the driveway, not fully enclosed.). Having the boat ramp right next door was very convenient and made launching and loading a lot easier.We had an enjoyable stay and spent time on the lake and in the town. The grocery store is very close and accessible, and there are plenty of other stores in town for anything you forgot to bring.We love this property and plan to return in the future for another lake vacation.
