Newly renovated kitchen! 2 weeks left in summer!

The house was just what we needed for our extended family to enjoy wedding weekend!! We loved sitting in the rocking chairs on the porch looking at the marina and the park. The kitchen size was amazing and the beds were comfy. Perfect spot for a Jersey Shore weekend!!

This property was absolutely fabulous for our family's gathering. Nick was quick to respond to my questions. All of the beds/pillows were super comfortable. You will not be disappointed

Dryer did not work properly- one of the cabinet doors was off it’s hingeLinens were ok - towels not goodLocation was good for our needs- Nobody used the outdoor shower because the backyard is surrounded by other houses so no privacyThe upstairs loft area was good for the other couple- they had their privacyPlenty of parking

We had a wonderful stay during our son’s wedding weekend. The location was great, and there was tons of space and everything we could possibly need.

Really great house. Perfect for wedding. Location great. Only criticism would be kitchen. Need a couple decent wine glasses.

This home is beautiful and spacious. Best location with a water view and sports courts surrounding the property. Lots of amenities and available resources. We absolutely loved staying here, and Nicholas was so helpful and responsive.

House was big and well stocked; plenty of parking; host was responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay again!

We have 6 grown children, our youngest got married in Point Pleasant. The home was homebase for us and 4 of our children.Walking distance to the beach and park for the grandkids.Great open concept floor plan for a group gathering

This property is located in proximity to ocean, great dinning, shopping, fishing, and in our case close to family.Being from Tennessee we don't get to see our New Jersey relatives as often as we would like. This property was perfect.

Overall - great house! Great gathering space. The main level is more updated than the bedrooms and bathrooms but overall a great house. Communication with the owner was quick and helpful!

Big home that could accommodate a big family! Cool projector movie room, updated first floor living area. Bedrooms are big! Having 3 king beds in 3 bedrooms is a plus! All beds were so comfortable which can be hard to get. Upscale house, but could use just a bit of elbow grease in hidden cabinets and closets. Definitely worth a stay and return too!

Great space to come together- open floor plan and attractive decor. Spacious rooms, cool projection room. Kitchen is well equipped and roomy. We loved the larger island for games and meals .We felt completely at home.Great communication with host- He responded immediately to a minor concern and he provided a perfect solution.Fabulous location....a must rent when the weather is warm!

Got in early which was appreciated. Perfect location-across from Mallard Park, and boat docks. Easy walk to beach. But…. Closets were all jammed with “stuff”. Excess sheets, pillows,- didn’t know what was clean or dirty. There were4 air mattress -2were not functional. Had a repairman on day two (owner was very responsive and got things repaired within 24 hrs of arrival) for dishwasher and toilet issues. There is a nice projector room but we’re never able to figure it out. Some instructions would have been helpful. Laundry room was loaded with clean towel but they’re just stacked on top of the washer and dryer. Overall house could use a good coat of paint and general maintenance

The stay was perfect. We had 8 people in all (4 adults and 4 kids), and had plenty of room. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The location was great too - right in the middle of Manasquan, right next to a huge park for the kids to play in.

This house could not be more perfect for a group of people. So spacious and can sleep many! Location is perfect for Manasquan beach and surrounding areas. Host was responsive & very accommodating. Would def come back in the future :)

The property location was excellent as was the house itself. Two suggestions would be printed instructions on operating the TV’s and more lighting particularly in the bedrooms and third floor stairway. Overall a very good experience!

Our family of 8 stayed for 3 nights and were completely comfortable. The home was beautiful and impeccably clean. Our only recommendation would be to add some more lighting as it was difficult to see with the low lit lamps and had to use our cell phone flashlights to see things that we placed on the desk.

Great house. Fabulous porch and a delightful shaded side yard with comfy furniture.

Nice location in quiet neighborhood 10 minute walk from the beach. Shed with beach chairs/umbrella. 2 car off street parking and no problem with on street parking for visitors. Next to a large park, marina, Glimmer Glass pond. Nice outdoor sitting area with grill and firepit. The house is nicely furnished and comfortable but could use some upkeep. Many burned out lightbulbs, slow draining bathroom sinks, dishwasher not usable due to stopped up drain. A/C and all other appliances were fine. Also, could use some fresh interior paint. No duvet covers on the comforters and the linens were just OK. All fixable issues.

This house is beautiful. The kitchen is amazing and there was plenty of room. We were 9 adults and a dog and were never crowded. There's a front porch, patio, and balconies so if someone wanted some quiet they could escape the rest of us. And it's 1000 steps to the beach and a short walk to town. We loved the location and we're hoping to get back there.
