We truly enjoyed our stay at Melinda's beautiful Manasquan home. The backyard is really a standout; deep, private and picturesque. The kitchen has everything you might need there. The gorgeous, finished basement with 2 bedrooms, a full bath, 2nd living room and a laundry allows for privacy if you need it. We just loved the comfort of it all. The home is in a very nice residential neighborhood with a short ride to the beach. Great restaurants nearby. Melinda has great communication skills & was attentive to what we needed. She is delightful to deal with as the owner. Thanks for a great stay!

This home was cozy and comfortable enough to accommodate 3 different age groups plus 2 little dogs. The location was ideal for teenagers to ride their bikes all over town, to the beach and even to Point Pleasant. It’s close enough to walk into town to do some shopping. The home was very clean and very well stocked with essentials. We were able to communicate with Melinda over a couple of issues. Our questions and concerns were quickly and easily addressed. She was very accommodating. This felt like my own home. I hated to leave. I would definitely recommend it.

What a great vacation we had at this wonderful location. Such a warm feeling and we home away from home. Melinda was a great host and I would recommend this location 100%.

Melinda was a fantastic host and answered my messages quickly. Great layout for our adult families with two babies. Everything we needed. Especially liked the back yard. Even the neighbors were friendly! We highly recommend!

Great house and location. Plenty of space for our whole family and it was well laid out. The house was well stocked and furnished with everything we needed including beach supplies. Sea Girt is a great little beach town with everything you need close by. The host was extremely responsive and very pleasant. This location is at the top of my list when we return.

Great place with a good location. There were a lot of ants throughout the kitchen area, but overall a very clean and nice place!

We had a fabulous time on our vacation in Manasquan. We were born and raised there, but moved away decades ago. This house felt like home from the minute we arrived. It was lovely, comfortable and conveniently close to everything. I highly recommend this home.

This vrbo was perfect spot for our small family reunion. Plenty of space in a nice neighborhood with easy access to groceries and parks. Melinda was easy to get in contact with when we had any questions. It was a wonderful stay!

We rented the house for a group of friends going to Sea, Hear, Now Music Festival. The house was perfect for our group. Plenty of space, fully stocked. It was close to the house, and the town itself was adorable. Manasquan had great shopping. It was only 7 miles to Asbury, which made it perfect for the festival.

Our family needed a place to stay for my brother's wedding. The house and location were perfect. It was clean, well-stocked and had plenty of room for our extended family. Melinda was kind and communicated well. She generously dropped off an item we needed on the wedding day. Highly recommend!

Property suited our family; great location

Lucked out with the weather. 3 of 4 great beach days. Owner provided beach tags/chairs/umbrellas and bikes. House was a short drive to beach access with tons of parking. Sea Girt beach is great and not overcrowded. House is walking distance to Rod’s which is much improved since major renovation. Short ride to SL town, St Stephens, Pier 9 and Dolce Vita. House is on a quiet street though tight for parking multiple cars. Seems like a few homes are all year round residents who aren’t thrilled w renters but didn’t negatively impact our stay.

We came down to spend a week at the shore with our cousins from Sea Girt and Manasquan. Had a wonderful week! The house was lovely- clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The yard is large and great for kids. Melinda was wonderful and came right away when we needed something. Will definitely stay again:)

We had our entire family of all ages. We took full advantage of the beautiful backyard. It had a table with umbrella and many chairs for our outside breakfast together and when the younger ones finished eating they ran to the nice playground in the yard while we continued our breakfast more leisurely with them in easy eye sight.

The property was in a very nice area. It met all of our expectations. Close walk to the beach and restaurants. Fenced in back yard was amazing. We have a special needs child and she absolutely loved it!! Even my 17 yr old zaid it was a great house. Very spacious. Definitely staying again!

We had a family wedding and needed a place for our three children, their spouses and our 4 grandchildren. This house was well laid out, has a great fenced in backyard and was clean. The location was perfect for all our events. We will definitely stay there again.

A few branches of our family needed to come to the area for a funeral. We certainly didn’t think we would find such a lovely home on short notice. The house was perfect, comfy, lots of bedrooms and space for everyone to both be together and be alone. The yard was a great place for us all to relax. The host could not have been kinder..
