Newly renovated house on Little Red River. Deck overlooking dock with boat slip!

It was a very lovely place. Nice and quiet. Enjoy fishing off the dock.

My husband and some friends stayed here while fishing the Little Red. They very much enjoyed their time. Place was perfect. Very clean and quite.

We really enjoyed our stay. My husband and I and three boys had a great time. Very comfortable. Had everything we needed. Used the Traeger grill, so felt right at home . Caught a few fish off the dock. The place is extremely clean!!! Ty for sharing!

We loved our weekend here. The house was super clean. The new screened in porch, stairs and dock were beautifully done. It was perfect in every way. Wish we’d stayed longer😁

Quick and easy family vacation to the Little Red river. That cool evening breeze on the dock when they are generating is everything when the super hot days of summer roll around! Great for adults and kids, more challenging to manage the tiny toddler outside but the front yard is level and provided safe outdoor space. The kitchen has all the basics plus some. Bed and bathrooms are well stocked with quality linens and other needed items. Good WiFi, tvs and games available.

The property was all updated and very clean. We were able to fish right from the dock and the area is a nice fishing hole. The kids loved the fireplaces, and the adults enjoyed listening to the rain from the screened in back porch. I hate that I had to leave!

This was our first time to visit the Heber Springs area, and we had an incredible time. This house was PERFECT- plenty of room for our family of 4 (which includes 2 teenage boys). Everything was SPOTLESS, and it had ALL the creature comforts you could possibly need. (That couch was the most comfortable we've ever experienced- feels like a soft blanket!!) The screened-in porch, deck and boat dock allowed us plenty of ways to take in the beautiful, crystal clear Little Red River. We enjoyed fishing and chatting with all the folks floating by thoughout the day. The host was very responsive to questions and always gracious and helpful. We will gladly book a return trip to this little slice of heaven.
