This beautiful and fully-renovated three-bedroom home has amazing views of Lake Lyndon B. Johnson, a private covered patio with a hammock swing, and even a private beach just off to the side! Inside, you'll find a bright and spacious living room with high vaulted ceilings, a large flatscreen cable TV, and beautiful wallart. The full kitchen has all the appliances and cookware the family chef will need. Serving your guests will be easy, as this home enjoys a large wooden dining table with seating for eight, plus an additional dining room for the kids to have all to themselves. Everyone can escape to the garage to play a few hands at the poker table after dinner. Off to the side, the primary bedroom enjoys a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with a queen bed, another bedroom with bunks, and a shared bathroom. Outside, you can enjoy your first cup of coffee on the private dock while the world wakes up around you and the kids will love playing in the enclosed yard. After an afternoon racing around the lake, come back to store your jet ski with the jet ski slip then head inside to grill up some food with the private gas grill. Spend an evening playing board games with the family or watching your favorite movies on the TV.

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.

    House is beautiful. On cute Cul de sac so no traffic. Only thing needed is more seating in the backyard and more pans to cook. Otherwise we loved and highly recommend this property

    During the month of March there is little boat traffic on Lake LBJ. We enjoyed the quiet mornings and evenings of viewing the lake and various birds.

    Perfect lakefront location for relaxation, boat/jet ski rentals, food and Boat Town entertainment, swimming, fishing, private parks, etc. Beautiful house with lovely master bedroom and bath downstairs and 2 bedrooms and bath upstairs. Enjoyable for all ages.

    This lakehouse is absolutely charming. The layout of the home is great and the beds are very comfortable and everything was so clean. We spent all of our time on the back patio just gazing at the lake. We did take a dip in the water one day and just tied our floats up to the dock. The home is conveniently located in the heart of town and you can walk right across the street to Boat Town Burger Bar for great food and live music. This is the place to be when visiting Kingsland - we will be back!

    Great location to get away. Great view of the lake. Boat rental was near buy so we’re grocery stores and a great local coffee shop.
