Newly Renovated Gorgeous Pet-friendly with private pool/spa

The property had some quirks that impacted our experience. The new appliances weren’t fully installed. The fridge didn’t make ice. The oven wasn’t completely installed and didn’t open all the way. There weren’t any cleaning supplies available. The shower heads were pretty gunky and grippy stickers on the floor were pealing off. The dining chairs felt like they were going to break. The dishwasher was really old and had a film on it that transferred to the dishes. The property manager was able to bring us ice and some cleaning supplies. The beds were very comfortable. The pool area was really nice. I tried to add photos but got an error message. Happy to send otherwise

My only suggestion is to have Kleenex tissues in the unit.

This was our second stay at Casa de Anza. Excellent property.

Very comfortable home that accommodated my group of 4 friends. House was well equipped and the property mgmt. was friendly and very responsive. We would book again.

The house was very comfortable and quiet. Football was on and we couldn’t connect the tv so that was annoying. We all had a lot of space and the outdoor area was great!!!

The club pool was great, the views are nice.

Loved our stay, home is very clean and spacious! Wonderful decor, television, beds were super soft! And the pool with the waterfall was just awesome!

This home is beautifully decorated with lots of decor, detail, and storage if you are looking to unpack your things. The outside area is super cute. The kitchen is well stocked and the home was very clean. If you are looking for use of the hot tub, beware that you have to pay for the pool heat as well for the entire length of your stay. Something to note is that this is a neighborhood/property you should totally rent if you are looking for a very relaxing, quiet experience. This was my first time booking in Palm Springs proper, I usually stay in other surrounding desert cities and the ordinances are really strict re: noise, parking, occupancy etc. This is no fault of the rental property, just something to be aware of!

The property is amazing and centrally located to downtown. The pool and yard are fantastic. We will be back.

The property is beautiful inside and out. The decorator created a lovely, unique space reflecting the mid century modern vibe of Palm Springs. We enjoyed sitting outside with a view of the palm trees when the weather was warm. Having the kitchen cabinets labeled saved us time searching for just the right item. The location is within easy driving distance of restaurants and the downtown area. Be sure the company sends the gate code, not just the door code.
