Newly Renovated Family Vacation Rental with Pool & Spa

The house was clean and well appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool and spa were wonderful. Excellent communication, host was very prompt to answer questions!

We had a great stay. Best part was the hot tub as that allowed the pool to get used a fair bit as the outside temperatures were pretty low in the evening.

This was a great property. Trever was very responsive to questions and helpful with anything I needed. The house has all the amenities and was in a very quiet neighborhood. Loved it and would definitely come back.

My family of 4 stayed 4 nights and it was perfect. The house is modern, well decorated and clean, it’s also in an area that’s close enough to everything but far enough away that it’s quiet. The owners are easy to work with, great communication. Highly recommended! Will stay again when heading to Bradenton.

Stayed for 7 nights with my 2 nephews.Inside of the villa was exactly as described beds were super comfortable. Had a slight issue with the AC contacted Trevor straight away and the issue was promptly resolved.Couple of little things need changing the 2 recliners chairs in the pool area are rusted through on the bottom and need replacing the area around the pool area could do with a good wash down and the little pool vacuum cleaner doesn’t work the hose is all split and needs replacing.Overall great quiet location.close to all the restaurants and the amazing island of Anna Maria island. Would highly recommend

House inside was nice. Well distributed for it's size and newly renovated. Very close to beach and shopping stores. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything you would need and more. The backyard area definitely needed some cleaning and keeping up to be done. Dirt inside pool, spiders in many places, grass area not cut. Also inside the AC return grill was filthy. Host was responsive before our stay, never replied during when I pointed out our concerns. We had a great time but based on what we paid, house overall could've been in better condition.

The property is as described (there is a clothes washer and dryer). Plenty of room for everyone. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of towels and a good sized pool. The huge park within walking distance was a bonus! Trever was helpful and quick to respond. We truly enjoyed our stay at this location. We hope to go back in the future.

Home is nicely renovated. Neighborhood is quiet and pleasant . Near shops and restaurants.

The home is nicely remodeled and decorated and is very clean and quiet. It also has a nice pool, pool deck, and hot tub-spa. The only problem I had was with the pool heat not working because the propane, needed to heat the pool, was empty. Trevor, the owner, did get propane delivered. Overall this home is great place to stay.

Great property loaded with nice amenities. The property host was great to deal with. The house is great families with kids. The fur babies will love it too.

We are very pleased with our stay at this property. The home is beautiful, updated, and functional, the location is great; close to many things but far enough away from the beach traffic. Amenities were great. The pool app was a little strange for us, but we managed. Host was responsive in messaging. Would recommend this property for sure.

The property is well maintained, Very clean and we enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Besides my wife and I we had our grandkids and great grandkids there for supper without any problems you will enjoy your stay there

We are very pleased with our stay. The first thing I noticed when we walked in was how clean the place was. The location was only a few minutes from the beach, which made it an ideal location for our family. While we had a temporary problem with the spa, the owners were quick to respond to our concerns and found a way to fix the problem. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in the Bradenton area.

Our family has been displaced due to Hurricanes Helene & Milton We found this lovely home to spend Thanksgiving together . It was perfect. It really gave our family some normalcy. Comfortable beds, fresh sheets and the heated pool and spa were hits with everyone. 4 longs days of awesome. We didn't want to leave. This home is conveniently located in the middle of everything. Great neighborhood and neighbors. We will definitely be back maybe for Christmas.

The house was clean and had all of the amenities of home. It’s in a safe residential neighborhood and close to shopping, restaurants, and IMG Academy. It’s a short drive away from beautiful Anna Maria Island. Tide Tables Restaurant and Marina is nearby and highly recommended for a relaxing outdoor dinner overlooking the sunset.

Overall we enjoyed the home, pool and hot tub. We recommend it. Trevor the owner seems to be a great guy and a good host. Thank you!

This is the second year I stayed at this location. I repeated the stay and was very happy with the house, pool, and accommodations. Spent time in the pool and visited the beach. Enjoyed nearby restaurants and visited relatives. I recommend this place ! it's very comfortable and clean!

My wife and I stayed here for 3 weeks while our daughter was at IMG Academy's volleyball camp. It is less than ten minutes from campus and not far from the beaches. We truly enjoyed our stay. Trevor, the owner was great. Just a phone call away if we needed anything. The place was clean, well kept, and very comfortable. Pet friendly too. Plenty of space in the back yard for your dog to run around. I highly recommend this property if you are in the Bradenton area.
