From our house, on the corner of 14th and Simpson, you can walk to everything - the bay, the beach, the boardwalk, restaurants, surf shops, gift shops, and plenty more. Our house is conveniently located for experiencing A Night in Venice in July and the sunset on the bay throughout the summer.

Stayed Jul 5, 2025Wish we could have stayed a little longer. Short walk to the beach, boardwalk and stores. Easy access to the other islands. Not to mention that Kristin ensures that the home has everything one can need. The perfect spot for a fun, memorable family vacation!

Stayed Jun 24, 2025Property was in a good location, parking our vehicle on property was a plus, nice to have the extra shower below the unit, plenty of room for the five of us. Only draw back was the mattresses. Wish they were a better quality.

Stayed Jun 20, 2025I booked this adorable bungalow for a long weekend to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday in OCNJ, as that is where we have vacationed for years. The bungalow was adorable and just perfect for our trip! It was clean, quaint and in a great location. A fantastic time was had by all. The owner was wonderful to work with! We highly recommend and look forward to booking again!!

Stayed Oct 11, 2024Great rental. Clean. Well maintained. Great location within walking distance to Beach, Bay, Boardwalk, Restaurants and Shopping. This was a last minute, late season weekend getaway to attend the Fall Block Party on Asbury Ave. We had a perfect weekend.

Stayed Aug 26, 2023I rented this property for the week with my wife and two kids and we could not have been any happier with it. The property was in a great location being only 5 blocks away from the boardwalk and beach! The house was super clean and the outside shower was amazing. Definitely look forward to booking this house in the future for my family vacations.

Stayed Jun 24, 2023Kristin’s beach house was perfect for our family vacation. The house was very clean upon arrival and the kitchen was well stocked. Six of us stayed at the house and we felt like there was plenty of room for everyone. There is only one bathroom but having the outdoor shower helped. The house was also located within walking distance to both the beach and boardwalk which was very convenient.
