Newly renovated beachfront house w/Patio, Free WiFi, Private W/D, AC

The house is very nice. The one drawback is the location. It’s the second beachfront house as you enter the island. The traffic was loud and constant. Many of the trucks and cars played loud music as they drove by. This was an issue for us but might not be for others.

You walk in the front door, and there’s the ocean! Bright, breezy, clean, comfortable. We had an amazing time walking on the beach (which is RIGHT THERE) and chilling out on the back deck. Back deck rocking chairs allowed us to sit and chill and visit and nap. Comfy couches for afternoon naps and late night chat sessions. The kitchen is well-appointed, bright and clean. The beds were comfortable - even the bunk beds! We got the impression the house had recently been upgraded or renovated (?) because everything felt so new and crisp. Could use a couple more lamps in the great room but that’s nothing to quibble over. It was a fantastic weekend with a perfect place to stay. This is my favorite house to rent on Edisto and I can’t wait to return!

Everything was perfect

We had a wonderful relaxing stay watching the waves, sea birds, dolphins and sunrises. We loved the house layout and amenities! We did miss a teakettle as we are tea drinkers, but all was good.

This house is fabulous! The layout of this house is perfect with the living room and kitchen having an open concept so we’re all together to the bedrooms being kind of tucked away to provide a little bit of privacy. You can’t beat the stunning location and convenience of being steps from the beach and within walking distance to everything from restaurants to the gas station or grocery store. We will most definitely book our next vacation in this same house!!!

We were beyond pleased with the house and location. It has been recently remodeled and is updated beautifully! It’s so clean and modern. It’s the best rental house I’ve ever seen in Edisto. I highly recommend this property. Vacasa was great to work with and provided great customer service. I won’t hesitate use them again for this exact home. It made for a fantastic vacation!!

Love the home, beautiful place on Edisto, and steps to the ocean.

Nice location, within walking g distance to about everything. House needs a refrigerator replacement and some basic cookware.
