Newly Renovated 3BR/2BA with large heated saltwater pool!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location just a short drive from the beach. The host was friendly, responsive, and communicated everything clearly, making check-in and check-out seamless. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

If you'relooking for a home in this area, I can save you lots of time. Book this home now! We stay at private homes in this area several times each year. This is our new favorite without a doubt. The neighborhood is lovely. I took walks with my 3 year old grandson and felt at home. All the area properties are well maintained. When you arrive, you'll be impressed by the beautiful landscaping. Very easy check in with a keypad. Great communication. You'll be nestled in a quiet neighborhood, but, anything you'd need is within a few minutes - groceries, pharmacies, stores, beach and restaurants.The home is even more spacious than it appears in the photos. The comfortable furniture provides seating for everyone. Large rooms and lots of closet space. AC worked great.I can't imagine anything you'd need in the kitchen. So many dishes, pans, knives, and utensils, including everything you need to grill. Lots of condiments and seasonings as well as paper products, dish soap, etc. The screened pool is the highlight. None of us came home with a single bug bite. We spent lots of time in the pool, relaxing in the comfy lounge chairs and sitting on the outdoor. furniture chatting. Plenty of beach towels provided. The beach is just a short drive. Such a fun, family-friendly environment. Don't miss dinner at the Aruba with your feet in the sand. Dance to the live band while you wait. Don't hesitate to book this home. It provides all the luxury and comfort for a great vacation!

My family enjoyed staying at this house. The pool was perfect. It was a great temperature and size and I loved having one of the bathrooms accessible from outside. We also spent a lot of time utilizing the outdoor furniture, which is pretty much bug free since it is full screened in. The beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler were very useful for our time on the beach, which was only an 8 minute drive. It was a great vacation.

Everything was perfect

Overall the house was and pool were great. The outside furniture is well used and could stand to be replaced. Igor was great with every request made. Anything we needed he had delivered the next day. The beds were comfy and the pool area is very private. We would definitely stay there again.

The screened in patio and pool were the best! Patio with tv was perfect.

Very good experience with this host Easy to contact and access the property The home was clean and well organized. We didn’t lack for anything. It was so easy to pick up a few things from Publix supermarket just down the street. We also found it to be very centrally located for the 3 beaches we wanted to visit (Deerfield Beach-Lauderdale by the Sea- Pompano Beach and we even squeezed in a day at Fort Lauderdale Beach. We really wanted a lanai and a heated pool so this was a perfect property for us. We wanted a quiet neighborhood where we could just relax and have some downtime and this was just the ticket. We enjoyed our week in the Florida sun.

This is a really, really great house and this was our second time staying there. The house itself is very comfortable and very up-to-date. The kitchen is completely stocked, beds are comfortable, plenty of closet space, good wifi, multiple big screen TVs. The best part is the screened in pool area in back. Very private and really nice -- like being at a private resort. The location is also really good -- it is a short drive to everything: beaches, restaurants, downtown Fort Lauderdale, etc. Igor is an excellent host -- he really cares about his property and his guests and wants to ensure that everything is clean and works properly. We would happily stay there again!

The property had all the amenities we needed to have a wonderful stay! The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable and the pool area was very nice. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 is because of the lack of communication on how to access the home before our arrival. We have always received this information atleast 24 hours in advance so we were a little nervous when it was close to check in time and we hadn't received the information. I'm happy to say it all worked out and we were in the house by the guaranteed time of 4 pm. Igor was very nice and helpful when we spoke.

Host was very quick to answer any questions that arose.Home was clean, neat, and well-stocked with essentials in a tranquil neighborhood. I would stay here again!

Having rented from the host previously, I was so disappointed this time. The photos on VRBO are a staged depiction of the property as a whole. The property is littered with bikes, lawnmower, gas can, propane tanks and other assorted items that are strewn everywhere around the house. The front patio is littered with beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes which have flat tires, coolers and anything else that the host can’t put in the garage because he uses the garage as a storage area for all his other properties. The lawn and surrounding shrubbery was not maintained and was an eyesore upon arrival. We were there for about an hour, went to dinner and came home to an ant infestation like we’ve never experienced. The host did respond immediately to the house, sprayed for the infestation, and explained that “this is South Florida” when I voiced my displeasure. I’m not as level headed as most people, so I opted to remove myself from further conversation with him to avoid conflict, as he offered one excuse after another to my line of questioning. On a scale of 1 to 10 regarding cleanliness, I would be hard pressed to give it a rating above a 5. The floors were dirty, the rugs adjacent to the doors, as well as the bathroom rugs were filthy. The linens on the beds were fine, as was the pool, but when you’re paying for the pictures you see, you expect a lot better. Buyer beware here.

Everything we love about South Florida all in one package.The pool was definitely the highlight of the stay. Plenty of options for privacy when outside. Very quiet neighborhood with restaurant and shopping nearby including 5 min drive to Publix and Walmart.In a nutshell, we cannot wait to stay again. 10/10

The house was perfecr for what we needed. Very clean and owners were very easy to work with. Would highly recommend to anyone. Pool was fantastic.

I had concerns that there were no handggars on the steps going down into the pool. Nothing to hang on to. Seems like a safety problem. Out group where all over 70 and had difficulty getting in and out of the pool. Other that the pool was very nice

Very enjoyable home and location. Loved the screened in pool and outdoor area. Kitchen is a great open space with easy access from the pool. Private king bedroom and bath was a plus. Great neighborhood for morning walks. Beautiful sunrises. Everything you could ask for while relaxing with family for a week!

It was great to take a short drive to the beach in the morning and come back to the pool in the afternoon. The pool area was very private and enjoyable. Nice setup for visitors too with two more bedrooms and a second bath.

The house was as listed and worked out great for 4 of us. There was plenty of room, house was clean and updated, and the heated pool was excellent! It was a 5 minute drive to Pompano Beach pier, beach, restaurants. It was a 3 minute drive to pickleball and tennis courts at the community park. Suggestions for improvement would be to label the light switches in the house, provide more towels, and communicate check in information 24-48 hours in advance. We would stay at this property again.

KIDS LOVED THE HEATED POOL....

What a fantastic property for our group of 6 adults! The house exceeded our expectations. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We especially loved the clean and warm pool and spent every evening sitting on the lanai socializing, enjoying our meals and watching tv. The beds were also very comfortable (this is usually where most vrbo properties lack). The owner was responsive and accommodating and I would recommend this property for anyone wishing to stay in the Pompano Beach/Fort Lauderdale area. I would absolutely stay here again.

We really loved our time at this terrific home. Beds and furniture are comfortable, plenty of closets and cabinets, fully equipped kitchen — and best all the screened in pool and patio! Really delightful. Very private. And part of patio is covered so you can even sit outside if it’s raining (which we did) House was spotless, check in was very easy, and communications with owner were great. Location is great with quick access to beaches and restaurants etc. We would definitely stay here again!

I was in town for back surgery. The home was very spacious. We had all the comforts of home. I would definitely book this home again
