Newly renovated 2023 with private pool and just steps to the beach.

House and location were perfect.

As advertised.

Gas Stove function is poor needs attention and tune up.Back ground sliding glass door needs attention and repair.

Good location close to the beach. Sliding door doesn’t lock, and that issue has been noted in other reviews, but hasn’t been addressed. One trash can for an entire week in a 7 bedroom house is not sufficient, and the garbage collection does not pick up extra bags that aren’t in the can. Pictures look like there are two garage spots, but the garages are off limits. Skimmer baskets in pool were filled to overflowing, and the pool sweep hadn’t been run in some time. We were able to clean them out and connect the pool sweep, but that should have been part of the cleaning prior to check-in.

This is a great house. We had a wonderful time and the management company responded very quickly. Upstairs door flew open with storms prior to our arrival and the carpet was wet; we didn't want the floors to be effected. Also a question about the hot water upstairs and again- responded and checked it out/fixed very promptly! It was perfect for the 11 of us and walking distance to the beach. The inside of the house is gorgeous! Truly had a wonderful stay!

We really liked the location, number of rooms, and bedrooms were reasonably comfortable. No issues with WiFi, TVs, or basic amenities.Upon arrival, there were a number of issues that were not satisfactory (listed below). Some attempt was made to resolve during our stay but not until we were halfway into our stay.- Paper products (e.g. paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, etc.) and hand soap was provided in very limited quantities and of very poor quality.- Some of the sliding glass doors leading to balcony do not lock (safety issue if staying with kids)- Curtain torn down in one of the bedrooms. Eventually this got repaired on Day 2.- Paid extra to have the pool / spa heated. Was not heated on arrival and was very dirty (layer of dirt / leaves in the bottom). Maintenance had to be called for repair which was completed on Day 2. Pool didn't heat up enough until Day 3. At the time of this review, no refund for this add on has been issued.- One trash receptacle for a house that sleeps 13 is nowhere near enough capacity.- Sheets provided in some of the bedrooms were bleach-stained and it was questionable as to whether they had been washed (hair and bugs found on Day 1)

House was just as described/pictured. Great communication with house manager. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Large house with big kitchen and multiple gathering areas. This property needs a professional review to address lots of small issues to justify its price point. We are submitting that list to the management team and hopefully they respond constructively.

Wonderful stay at a perfect property for our large blended family. Will rebook for 2025!

Pool was great after cleaned on second day. House was perfect size for our party of 9. Kitchen could have had more supplies I.e a colander and measuring cup and electric griddle. Stove was complicated to operate. Beach had a red light the entire time of our stay. We enjoyed our stay at Cameron Chase. Shopping on SSI was fun.
