Newly renovated 2-story house with 5 bed rooms and 4 washrooms

The property matched what it promoted. Modern, spacious, clean, not too far from anything that we needed to get or experience. As this was my first winter getaway, Gracy made it even more enjoyable by being just a message away, ready to provide any guidance or solutions I needed. The property is well worth booking.

Our stay was very comfortable with Sobey's grocery store nearby. The neighborhood was very quiet and we are very happy with everything.Our family was attending a wedding, so we used the ironing board/steamer in the house.

Everything was as described. We were not able to spend a great deal,of time in the house due to the wedding festivities we attended, but we appreciated the coziness of the house to wind down and enjoy.

The home is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood with a lot of bedrooms and bathrooms, a good fit for what we need for the trip. The host is friendly and responsive.

Beautiful home, very clean and the manager was super responsive. Only minor issue is that it is not well stocked in terms of tea, coffee sugar, condiments etc

Gracy was easy to deal with and sent great instructions. However, the home was dirty. There were bug traps everywhere, surfaces were sticky, mold in the master shower. I had to wipe up water that dripped in the kitchen and the paper towel was filthy after briefly wiping the floor. We were greeted in the kitchen by dead flowers and a sponge that looked like it had mold on the side of it. When we went to bed the first night one of the guests said it looked like her bed had been slept in on one side. She didn’t think anything of it until she put her head down and the pillow smelled dirty. Also, at the end of the stay we were asked to take the bedding to the laundry room. It was at that point I discovered I was sleeping on a urine stained mattress pad. That was so disgusting to see. Whoever is cleaning this property is going less than the bare minimum and it impacts the experience of the guests. I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone. Not only was cleanliness an issue but I noticed on the last night a camera in the ceiling on the first floor. It is in the living area and points towards the front door and is a 360 swivel camera. It is my understanding that cameras inside the property are a violation of VRBO policy. If I would have noticed this as I arrived I would have simply left and stayed somewhere else. However, I didn’t notice it until I was going up to bed my last night. Overall, my experience was poor due to cleanliness of the property/ privacy issues

Great house for a large family. Plenty of space. There is a grocery store close by and not far from multiple highways. There are no televisions in the house.

Gracy is wonderful and efficient. Home is exactly as pictured… beautiful. If you are doing alot of cooking you may want to bring a large frying pan and some extra mugs. We fed 10 people each day! The 5 bedrooms and 4 washrooms gave us all the space we needed. Recommend this home and host!

This was our second weekend staying at this property. It is large enough to host a couple families that were in town for a hockey tournament. Super clean, amazing communication and easy no-contact entry. Added bonus was a gas BBQ and large kitchen to cook meals for the whole group. Definitely will be back!

Gracy’s home was the perfect spot for hosting 3 families while we were down for a hockey tournament. The home was large enough to accommodate everyone and the kitchen was perfect for cooking and socializing. Check-in was super easy, communication was amazing and responses were provided within minutes. The house was impeccably clean and close to everything we needed. We were so impressed, we have already booked again for our next tournament!

The house is very spacious and in a nice neighborhood. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. It could use more cooking utensils in the kitchen for cooking and the beds were quite firm but overall a nice experience.

This property is beautiful, just like photos. We had 5 people that simply used home to sleep. Please know, this home has NO TV. Other than that it is fine. Beds are comfortable, house is clean.
