Newly Renovated, 1 min walk to beach, 3rd Row Emerald Isle Beach House

This home was perfect for our family of four adults with comfortable beds, clean, modern bathrooms and an open central floor plan. The pictures are accurate but can't quite capture how spacious the living area actually is. The location is perfect for beach access, taking walks or morning runs along with proximity to activities and shopping. Jessica was highly responsive when I asked questions prior to our visit. One of the best accommodations I ever booked!

Location is good! 3rd house from the beach with access to two different beach paths, the beach was not crowded mid-June. House was clean and fresh. On a quiet street in a neighborhood.The layout of the house worked really well for my group. There is a center great room with kitchen, comfy couch and table seating for 8. The front deck is nice in the evening to sit outside after dinner. There are two sets of bedrooms with full bathrooms on either side of the house that have a door/hallway for added privacy/quiet -- one side has the full sized washer/dryer. This worked well as I was traveling with two of my adult daughters, son-in-law and 2 grandkids. Nice outdoor shower on the ground floor. Parking out front was ample. LOVE that the owners have people who move the trash and recycling down on the right day and bring the cans back up for you -- one less thing to remember! A grill is not offered, but I rented an excellent one from Crystal Cast Beachside -- they picked up, dropped off, provided grilling tools and full tank of propane (reserve in advance). House does not have beach towels -- not a problem as I usually bring my own. Next time I would bring dish/kitchen towels (not enough provided). Ice maker is not great, we bought ice daily. And you will need a Shabumi Shade for the beach if you want shade as the beach has a nice breeze that umbrellas cannot withstand. Overall great week, easy check-in/check out. The hosts were very responsive!

Just book it! Jessica has thought of everything. When you walk in, the decor is very clean and welcoming. Plenty of dishes, kitchen items & necessities. Beach supplies were also a great plus! She was quick to reply when we had questions. Thanks for a great trip and we hope your home is available when we come back next year!!

We enjoyed our beach vacation in your home! We arrived to a clean and updated open space for family gathering. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking tools allowing us to enjoy family meals. The location was convenient for a quick walk to the beach. It was obvious the owners recently renovated which included comfortable furnishings and tasteful decorations. The owners were easy to work with, provided great communication, and we highly recommend!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The house is beautifully updated and decorated and exactly as described in the pictures. Jessica was an excellent host; she answered any questions we had about the house and area. We would definitely stay here again!
